I'm super glad you uploaded this. I am going back to TRF this weekend, as I spent the weekend I went down there focusing only on shopping and didn't get to try any food or see any shows, so I was going to go down there just for a day of food and shows. Thanks for the recommendations!
You missed the royal hamburger. That is down near the polish area. Right next to the tower stage. That is the best thing I think before all the others you have - I still think you have a good list. Another one you are missing are the empanadas.
Ooooh! I haven’t had the Royal Hamburger! But now we definitely will go check that one out! 🍔 This was just a list of our favorites that we have eaten many times and loved. I also will check on those empanadas!! Thank you!
I used to go to this specific fair every year around 2011-2014 Im now an adult and I didn't know about most of these foods all I knew when I was a kid was turkey leg, funnel cake or the gyro
So many new things to try this weekend. I was so excited to go I begged my boss to have Friday off and they said yes bringing my vacation to 10 days :D
Thanks for the vid, food looks so great. I definitely try your recommendations and a whole lot more too. I just hope they don't take alot away from.the menu due to Covid19 restrictions but I'll take a lunch bag with me to take all the food with me home.
So much good food out there at TRF! Many more things to try for sure! Last season they didn’t take away any of the food we know and love, so it should be the same for this season in the fall hopefully. ☺️
Yay!!! I hope you enjoy them as much as we did and do! So many amazing things to eat there. We want to do another video on some more great festival foods that are there! Tell us what you think!
@@SuttonStops you got it! We're also excited that our daughter is old enough to eat real food this time so she can join us. Last year she had to watch us while she only had formula haha. She also wants to run around in her dragon outfit when we go. We love your videos!
The fish and chips are also available at the Prince of Wales Pub and the Sea Devil Tavern. Also highly recommended are the prime rib sandwich also from the Prince of Wales and the sampler/combination plate from the Polonia.
Went to Celtic Christmas and toured all the places to eat and it was gooduh!, Scotch egg was really good , we ate and drank 5 out of 10 suggestions... there was only two of us to eat so we where stuffed . Great suggestions for foods we didnt know that where there thank you!. Next Sherwood Forest and suggestion for food there?
Yay!! That makes us so happy to hear! We will be doing Sherwood one day next year, but it will be more of a top 5 foods there since it’s a bit smaller.
I think we spent about $72 that day for all those items. Most things are between $5 and $12 depending on what it is. Prices might have increased since we made this video, but not by much, hopefully.
Actually, the yolk consistency is a preference thing. The originals were hard boiled, from what I researched. But I think it’s truly a preference thing these days. I know most people aren’t runny yolk people (we are, we love a good yolk!), and these are made in bulk for the massive crowds, so I’m sure they hard boiled them all the same.
@@SuttonStops Yea they coulda changed the name cause most everyone called it Steak on a Stick or Heard it that way too much. So they do still have that? I didn't see any videos mentioning it when talking food.
@@TheUser808 We don’t have any control over how many ads are put on our videos or where they are placed. If we could, I would. That used to be a feature we could tailor to each video, but RU-vid changed it a while back and now we can’t do anything about it.
Welsh fish and chips? I'm fairly sure the Welsh have the same fish and chips as the rest of the UK. That's also the thinnest, saddest looking piece of battered fish I've ever seen.
It’s really good, and some of the best we’ve had, but we have never been to the UK, so hopefully one day we will! 😊 They definitely give you a lot of food for your buck. And this is a festival, so it’s not meant to be completely authentic.
