In this episode we are staying in the tiny village of Woodgate in the Burrum Coast area of Queensland and stay in the NRMA Holiday Park. From there we Explore the region and catch up with friends from our Cape York Adventure and Explore some national park tracks in the region.
We take a drive to Bundaberg and check out some beaches and sights. We go through some botanical gardens, visit some museums including the fabulous Hinkler Hall of Aviation and get to play with planes and take simulator flights. A very interactive experience.
The next day we meet up with Wayne and Michelle, some friends from our Cape Your trip. They live in Woodgate and took us on a 4wd adventure through the Kinuna National Park.
