I've picked him up in every save I have played so far. He works out well as a starter. Generally doesn't go more than 5, but they are 5 very good innings.
I'm a Red Sox fan too. However, I don't really like to take them for OOTP. Maybe because they have several bad contracts. Maybe because I don't like that type of t eam. I'm a pitching, defense, and speed kind of manager. Whitey Ball!
Hey good stream of the game, what view settings do you have it setup as? In terms of behind the plate and zoomed back like that? Looks great! I cant seem to duplicate it.
Casey was expected to make The Giants roster after a good spring and Farhan decided last minute to send him down and trade for Beaty from KC...Not a fan of that move but I am a fan of your trade! I hope he works out for u, Giants fans still hoping we get to see him this year.
What were your trade settings at this point? Sounds like you were doing hard mode because you mentioned that the other team would be asking for a nothing prospect back. I hate that. Mainly because I impose 26 man roster limitations on my minor league teams. Rookie and DSL teams are 36. I also set up age limitations for all, and service time limits for my FCL/ACL teams. So, giving up a low minor league isn't so easy for me. It's fine during the off-season, but after I cut my roster sizes down, I usually am strapped for players in that age bracket. To fill holes. I would bring up a rookie league or DSL pitcher, but they're usually overmatched. Also.your trade slider sounds easy. Same with prospects. It sounds like it is too easy to get a top 100 guy. My guess is you went with the default settings when you first got the settings and probably tweaked them as you moved on.
