Since the 1st Voxel Outcast and after hundreds of plays, I will finally return to Adelpha in style!!! May Ulukai always be strong!!

back then i had the collectors box with a t-shirt and a adelphean dictionary. the shirt would fit but its gone like the dictionary but i still know how to tame a twon-ha when i need to. cant wait for the new game

Even though I love the original, I wanted to wait for the initial feedbacks before deciding to buy it. However, I really appreciate the release of a demo, and in the end I might get it day one!

Understandable. Outcast is the only exception for me to pre order and buy instantly. Have not done it in many years...

🚨🚨🚨 I played the demo and I don't know. I didn't feel like being in Adelpha! I didn't feel like I was in Cutter Slade's shoes! Do we have the same questions in the dialogues? What is a Daoka? What is Gamor? What is a Sannegta? Doesn't Cutter know this yet? Another thing, friendly fire: shooting at talans and creatures doesn't generate damage or reaction like in 1999's Outcast. Another thing: map with generic and repetitive secondary mission. We just want Adelpha again but maybe a long time in the future. The game should be very similar to the old one about Adelpha and gameplay, maybe new regions. Talans are also different. Oh man, i don't know! I don't know, I was a little disappointed. We want to revisit Adelpha and not feeling like we're in Adelpha again is frustrating. Okay it's a demo.

At first sight I can understand your disappointment. There are gameplay changes yes, but it cannot be the exact same game like 1999. A new Beginning is the game Yves and the other creators wanted to make. It is actually very faithfull to the lore and content of the first game, but you cannot really judge it if you only played the Demo. There is explanation for everything. Why does cutter ask these things? Explained in the game. What happened between the games (many years have passed) is all explained. It is not the same game like 1999, but a great Outcast game nevertheless. Yes some things are sad to lose (for example no reaction to shooting friendly animals), but on the other Hand there are so so so so many good things, like expanded lore, expanded Agazork language, expanded history or Adelpha. Meeting the female Talans etc etc. You should really give it a try the full game. The demo does not Cover everything. Even the side missions (filler content) have explanation in the lore of the game.
