Really love (and appreciate) the hula skirt DIY idea. I have an excessive number of Dollar Tree hula skirts I previously bought for another project I know I'll never do! LOL And as luck might have it, I have a bunch of Walmart bamboo plant stakes. leftover. One question, if you don't mind - where did you get your miter shears? I've bought (and returned) several that won't even cut small popsicle sticks. 🙄 Checked your Amazon store...hoping.
