Wicked acting You!! Good to see you back. What a shift, from that lovely, loving Jamie et al. Glad you get the dots of yer noggin'. This is not live. Cat person here, so love the wee kittY in your sporran. You are more than lucky....superbly talented! Nice place to get stuck...Barcelona. what about the Outer Hebrides, Scotland.....unbelievable beautiful. Am from Yorkshire myself and had many trips around Scotland as a kid. My Greatgran was Glaswegian. Outlander gave me a profoundly new, rediscovered return to the history of my ancestors. Bless you and your work. Cannot wait for Sunday's episode, here in Toronto Canada....Love you lad!
Love seeing this today. John Bell is so awesome as Young Ian, and I have enjoyed seeing the different multi-layered shades of the character this season. Thanks for posting this and keeping me company during this quarantine. Enjoy Barcellona and delicious paella.
This was a lovely get together! I really enjoyed it. I also enjoy your character and was truly surprised to see you back and giving us a great performance! Thank you for spending time with us John and for the laughs. Keep healthy and safe.
John - You are such a great actor! Though my heart belongs to Sam 😂, your character with Jamie is such a wonderful dynamic! What has been your favorite scene from all 5 seasons? 😊. Barcelona is beautiful! I have smiled non-stop since you started talking!
Love love you being back!!!! I have read the books, knew you were coming back. But your acting talent just makes the books come alive perfectly!!! Thank you 💜❤️💗💖💜❤️💗💖💜❤️💗
Hi John, I hope you’re doing well in Spain! I so loved this live chat! I absolutely love you and your character on Outlander. Thanks for sharing time with all of us fans during quarantine! XO Love from Minnesota (U.S.) Stephanie
My favorite line of all the books. "Auch, I knew ye weren't a fairy auntie Clair." I was surprised that it was changed to "I knew you were a fairy". In the books Ian seemed nonplussed by the information that Clair is from the future.
Hey cutie! Welcome back I’ve missed you on outlander. You are such an essential part of the series. I also love that you returned as a Native ♥️ Your Spanish is good and adore the fact that you love the Spanish culture. I love yours as well ♥️ Eres tan chulo y una bendición con su presencia. Espero ver sus proyectos artísticos en el futuro.
I was so glad to see you back on the series. You seem to be a nice man with your head on straight. I do wish you the very best and I’ll be looking for your future projects. Oh, btw, what 🥃 whiskey is your favorite, if you’ve partaken?
That’s right - you are 21. You seem to be in a nice place hunkering down. Happy for you. I also love the critters so I can understand how you love Rollo and Adso.
Nice to see you, publicly....away from Outlander. Great to see you. Thank you 4 sharing a live stream w/ Lauren. Cheers 2 both of U. Suggestion: The next time you do a live stream see if, it is possible for you to show onscreen JUST the individual comment to which you are responding. I know some live streamers are able to display onscreen (at the bottom) 1 comment at a time. Q for either you or Lauren (if you have a way to shoot a question over to her): Before you joined the cast of O-- did you know anything about the production / how BIG (in terms of popularity) it was? OR Were you surprised to find this out when you came onboard? Fantastic 1st stream. You kept it lively and entertaining. Another Q: When you joined the cast of Outlander were, you surprised that in terms of broadcasting episodes that the whole of Europe is actually THE LAST to get to see, the new episodes? If you ever get a chance you should pop over to the channel of "Shaun", who is a YTuber from Edinburgh and he's talked about this before. Apparently, Scotland for example is a day or 2 behind the USA, in terms of getting new episodes. Sometimes there's either a 'blackout' between countries or viewers are unable to stream at the same time between various countries. I think from what I heard or read this may account for the (supposed) lower viewership numbers in Scotland Vs. the rest of the world.
It is lovely to see you! Very much enjoy your work in the role. You have had some great scenes in this season! How interesting that you fell in love with Barcelona and can choose to live there. I hope to come to Scotland someday. Here in North America, my favorite place to visit is Nova Scotia in Canada. "New Scotland"!
FAVORITE character on the series. 👍🏼👍👍🏽👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💜 Be well and stay well good fellow. I can't wait to see what else you do. Barcelona is pretty. P.S. I have to introduce you to our daughter. #giggle #seasonsix
Very good with your Spanish😁😁. Love Outlander. You're a very handsome and talented young man. I would have never known about you if it wasn't for the lockdown. And glad your back.
It was good to have you back home with the family, but curious to learn more about his life with the Mohawk. Does Ian ever write letters home to his parents? I agree with Roxi below -- good to see you take Jamie on Thank you for the chat to help keep us all entertained while we are stuck at home. For learning Spanish -- try out Rosetta Stone they should have both Spain and Latin American Spanish== it does work, but you have to do a little bit each day, best done in 20 minute increments. They also have games and tutorials online as well as the lessons. Buen Viaje.
