I usually still start a combo with second skill, preferably with some of her super magic gauge filled, so that I can have 3 marks and have 2 airborne combos, super fun combo and satisfying when you do it perfectly
CC has always been a priority when I go lonewolf/teamwork xD i'm just always aware of team $ and positioning, at this point it seems what matters is if your MS is about 60 (green) if not then I understand the feeling, lag spikes exist ty Internet lol Edit: With this said, I've never played Guin in Solo Q, only Hardmode players handle the struggle xDDD
Guinevere is my main hero. It's not much of a buff on paper but it increased her kill potential drastically. I don't have to worry if I miss my jump or my jump gets countered by CC skill/Dash skill/Purify. Her new stack system gives me another chance to activate the airborne feature of her ultimate. BTW, I heard there's a nerf coming in for her immediately (golden staff "bug").
I wasn't saying that I am using Golden Staff. 😁 But after her buff, a lot of other content creators took advantage of the Golden Staff bug (When your Super magic is full and the Golden Staff's passive is active, you can do enhanced basic attack on enemy hero, and the three marks are automatically stacked so you can use your ultimate immediately). There was even a fight amongst Guinevere users in TikTok because of it (Immortal VS Celestial and co.). But I think the bug was already addressed in today's update.
The developers need to increase guinevere 2nd skill’s traveling speed slightly so she can join the current and future meta. Due to her slow 2nd’s skill traveling speed , high rank players can make her cc skills less effective in the late game.
I think that's their way to somehow balance her. After all, airborne is a strong cc. Your reflexes and blink/purify skill (if you have) are the ones you can rely on.
i do hope that they will bring back the reflect damage on her Clone. today, many player just ignore her clone the reflect damage is quite good especially if Chang'e uses her ulti on Guin's clone, it can instantly melt her HP without doing anything
gotta say this, her new adjustments is really good. Guinevere really rely too much on her 2nd skill that if u waste it, then it's your dead end with this new update, i can say that she can now shine again
Personally when it comes to Guinevere, I use the Mystery shop instead of Magic worship. Because it allows you to get items fast therefore, having more damage without relying too much in emblems. That's for me but y'all do you
@@nixxiethecat3417 I mean, as a long time guin user (500+ matches and 60% WR) Mystery Shop>>Magic Worship since Guin's strength is showed in the early to mid game. And it easily favors her, and fights usually end nowadays in 13+ minutes. So Mystery Shop works a lot in the early game. Sometimes you can get items as early as 3 minutes in the game.
Guinevere has fast mobility and does very high damage if you do the combo right. But just like Elgin said, it's best for her in 1v1 cuz she's so squishy and likely to get killed during a team fight. Can easily countered by Anthena Shield but having magic penetration build will do it too.
@@wvnou you can still damage though because if enemy has radiant armor you can counter it by using devine glaive, because everytime the radiant armors magic defence go high the the magic penetration will also go high due to the Devine Glaive's Passive
Side lane pro tip: just like elgin said that most side laners ganking other lanes after destroying the 1st tower. Use this oportunity to push all the way to the 3rd tower based on the situation
One thing I like Guinevere is that even they bully her on the early game she can still do a huge damage on late game. Guinevere is one of the heroes in ML that can change the battle outcome and make a very epic comeback
Not to mention, heroes that usually don't build defense item makes her even more powerful, especially when she can just spam her first skill and her ult is now ready for another 😃😃😃

MOONTON ..WE NEED A MATCHMAKING FILTER TO AVOID GETTING MATCHMAKING BY MIZO NAGA TEAMMATES..... those MFs always troll feed trashtalk like it's part of their culture.... (I've never seen a MIZO/NAGA less than 8 deaths )
One of the biggest downside of Guinevere which many players don't notice is that her basic attacks (the normal ones) only deal 60% or 80% of her total magic power. That's not good since she also relies on those basic attacks, especially in the early game.
The automatic airborne for 3rd skill is what changes guin ALOT cuz you don't need to use the 2nd skill anymore and she will be banned alot cuz of the recent buff
@@Safff848 same it felt like a useless buff for me cuz i've been hitting my 2nd most of the time. And my playstyle for guin is to hit and run anyway so i don't have time to stack her passive.
I think how you got the assist at 9:32 is when you crossed beatrix, you gave the lithowanderer buff to her even though its completely useless, which acts as "assissting" your team
Imagine golden staff on her, that would be ridiculous since it doubles her passive which means infinite-ish knock-up on her ulti without using her second skill.
Whenever I play Yu Zhong against Guin, she makes me scared to dive in because once you get trapped into her combo, there's basically no way I can survive from that.
For me, Guin is already so bursty and my teammates can mostly deal a lot of damage so I prefer to build defense boots and at least one defense item(depending on enemy). That's just my personal take.
My playstyle is mostly reliant on her skills so I would skip Calamity reaper and change it to immortality or Athena's shield, most of the time, players build against magic damage so get magic pen and glowing wand to counter that.
Enemy: sees that I missed my 2nd skill, gets confident Me, almost dying: uses 2nd phase of 2nd skill, 1 1st skill cast, and topping it off with an enhanced auto attack, then ulting the enemy and outplaying so hard....ah yes the dopamine rush.
They really do give her combos an option to be as complicated as her boyfriend's haha but they should really make that mark visible in the bushes kinda like Wanwan's
The combo will be need to full stack (second skill first basic attack third skill) last will be basic attack because many heroes have escape skill to u can case the hero again then ult
Yeah, i am guinevere main and today was the first maniac i got with her this year. Since so many new heroes, she was going to the back but they made it right.
People below M4 aren't usually smart enough to adjust to this right away and they'd still end up relying on Skill 2. I used to play her a lot back then though even if I'm M1+ mostly, it's going to take a while to adjust to not using Skill 2.
You got an assist probably dahil dun sa litho wanderer. So nagbigay ka ng mana regeneration kay Bea bago ka bumaba from the red buff ng kalaban and si Bea killed Vale shortly after that. Pero walang mana si Bea but maybe the regen effect still worked kahit walang mana kakampi
Now you should better think twice before going in against guin or she’ll pop her ult if u don’t notice the stacks above you while also having to predict if she’ll jump too or not
