I highly recommend having Yoshi (one can be found in the level). Yoshi is able to eat the Fire Snakes as well as Bullet Bills.
Coin #1 (0:06) - By some Fire Snakes.
Coin #2 (0:12) - After the first 3 Bill Blasters.
Coin #3 (0:18) - After the short yellow tube.
Coin #4 (0:46) - By the tall yellow tube.
Coin #5 (1:10) - Right before the end of the level.
