OVA "No Regrets" Part 2 - REACTION!! 

In Season 3 Ep 12 when mikasa armin and eren are sitting on the stairs talking Levi is listening and reminiscing about his time with farhlan and isabel Plus levi lost soo much his mother, Kenny, Levi Squad, Farhlan and Isabel.

I think the weird titan was just to make the scene more dramatic 'cause the manga had multiple ones, but none as scary as that

What Levi said to Eren in S1E19 about choices with no regrets and never really knowing what the outcome was regardless of what choice you make made so much sense now. Erwin said it to him after he went through a harsh experience, and then he passed it onto Eren who went through the same thing. Also, in the manga, Erwin's talk with Levi was much longer and it better explained why Levi eventually decided to follow Erwin in the end. At first, he blamed Erwin for the death of his friends, then he blamed himself, then Erwin came in with this great speech about it being the titans that caused these deaths and how humanity as a whole still don't know much. Then he asked whether or not Levi wants to find out more (the truth), or will he just go back to the underground and be left in the dark again? That's when Levi made up his mind. Two doves at the end as opposed to three ;(

Yes finally ! Poor Levi, after seeing this OVA, I understood the look he had on his face in episode 22 when he looked at Petra :/

It's a random abnormal kinda like the spider titan that chased sasha when the 104th cadets first expedition as scouts.

10:10 that's the ACKERMAN MOMENT right there. The same trigger Mikasa had when she was a kid to save Eren and herself from the thugs in season 1, and her super strenght and skills were released. Levi said in season 3 he and Kenny had that moment too.

Levi is definitely my favorite character, I think lots of people agree 😂, but he’s an OP character done right

To be honest, Isabella and Farland's deaths were way more sad in the manga and Erwin's speech was way better

Levi = Mikasa Farlan = Armin Isabel = Eren No regrets draws a lot of parallels between the trio. Look at Isabel’s face at 6:53 and tell me that she doesn’t look like eren. It makes me the Big Sad, especially when Levi was listening to the younger kids talk about seeing beyond the walls.

He does have emotions. It's just that he's been through such a hell of a life he's become desensitized to most things. Also, whenever he's cared for people, they end up dying; eventually, it can break a man. For Levi, that has just made him learn to have no regrets and keep focusing on the future.

Now Levi lost every people he loved... He lost his two friends and now Erwin...

Levi's rage is popularly known as 'God mode' there is nothing in Aot universe he can't defeat. He's definitely the best character in the show and so much more popular than any other character.

Its not a spoiler, it was an abnormal titans, theyre very unpredictable. Also, No regrets wasnt written by the original AOT writer, its a spinoff...so the writer might have taken some creative liberties.

Yeah I think they made the Titan more exaggerated, I don't even know why it's like that, not even in the manga , so who knows why that one looks so different, a weird abnormal

I don't know if you'll read this or not but I hope you do, I post this on most no regrets reactions I've seen as I think its important to hear about certain differences to the anime and manga. It may make you look at certain characters differently. I honestly did not like the way they potrayed Levi and Erwins realtionship in this OVA. There is actaully a HUGE difference in how they interacted with each other. Erwin was actaully FAR FAR more freindly and showed how impressed he was with Levi's skill, I couldn't actaully imagine manga Erwin calling Levi pathetic. Levi on the other hand was far colder. Its strange to me, its almost like they swapped Erwin and Levi's personalities over. Levi shows a lot more emotion in this ova than he does in the manga, while Erwin is much colder than he is in the manga. I do also think that the manga shows of Levi's skills more, Levi actaully almost beats Erwin twice in the manga. In the first fight in the underground Levi knocks Erwins sword from him and Mike is the one who catches him, while in the OVA its oddly the other way around. Also when Levi lunges at Erwin near the ending Erwin is not able to catch the sword. Levi's sword is at Erwins neck and only Erwins words stopped Levi and inspired him to fight. I could see why Levi learnt to trust manga Erwin, while in the anime I came away from it wishing Levi had stabbed Erwin in chest and didn't understand how Levi learnt to trust him at all. Like I'd hate the guy who acted so coldly to me after I lost my only and first ever proper friends. Erwin has always been the stragetic guy and its been his words that are his main strength, so I guess it just felt wrong to me that he didn't use those words as a weapon to save his own life and inspire Levi. It also felt wrong to me as there is actaully a reason why Levi is faster and stronger than normal, that you now know, his basically a super soldier with enhanced speed and strength, if he really wanted to kill Erwin and he pretty much did in that moment then Erwin grabbing hold of Levi's sword should not have been possible, let alone stop Levi. It actually had so much tension with that sword at Erwins neck and him giving a fantastic insperational speech. Its a pity they lost that tension for me. Though thats not to say I hated the OVA, Levi being more emotional over his freinds deaths and how he killed the titan was still really cool and I liked how they potrayed Farlan and Isabel. Levi killed a number of titans in the manga, instead of one terryifying abnormal but I did enjoy that part more x

[Not SPOILER] Tokyo Ghoul is a bad anime, I use to just watch the anime and like it but then I realize how bad it was, more likely the second to final season. Lack of explanations, censored af and not very good at keeping track with their own stories, you literally have to read the manga to understand a lot of things they just don't bothered to explain. They change the whole season 2 to a new made up story and then go back to the original, making season 2 useless, instead of keeping track with their own, like, you already fuck it up so better fuck it up good. Characters are the worst part, developing a death scene to something complete irrelevant since you probably didn't remember that character even exist or was alive, I really wish someone does a remake or some shit like FMA BH because sometimes I hear this comments on how ''the manga did better'' ''manga is way better''... this isn't just one of these, this goes beyond BETTER. And btw, I don't recommend watching the anime before the manga, is better the other way around so you just take it as a fan made animation and enjoy some scenes. If you decide to just watch the anime what I suggest you is to not take it to seriously, don't try to understand shit from it cuz you won't, try to enjoy de character design, and fight scenes and maybe some of the music. TL,DR: you wanna know how bad TG anime is? Live Action is probably gonna be way better and that says a lot.
