Actually I'm into grilling. If the moisture is much the only way it will dry up is if you allow it to heat for a longer time because fish have some moisture content in it. You can actually drain the water reheat it to dry. Or better still do a nude roasting with an electrical grill er or coal

To get rid of the fishy smell you need to rinse the fish twice with lemon juice and salt, then rinse neatly with water

@@joyishegh You can get lemons in the grocery stores or any market near you, it’s best to use freshly squeezed lemon
