@@benjamincrosby4350 if you throw the ball up and he can free jump he’ll get there but jumping with the ball in hand is way different. Everyone jumped higher without the ball
@@theuploaderofvideos.2520 average at best, typical vertical for adult men and women is between 20-30 inches, at 5’6” your standing reach should be just under 7’, so to touch bottom of backboard, you would need to jump an additional 24-26”, which puts you right in the middle of the average!!!
He could but if he can control how high he jumps then he good but if he waits he might get injured cause what if he got a poster but misses the rim that's why you gotta learn to control how high you jump plus he can't jump like that all game cause his legs would get tired not hating tho
Finally someone who's chest touch the rim! Reminiscent of my park player who could stay in the air for 3 sec, chest at the rim. This is the second person I seen do it.
I’m 5 foot 9” and I struggled to dunk even though I could sometimes from 18 years old to 28 years old. So seeing the kind of hops that this guy has, is incredibly one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen!👍🏾
MAN WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL I KNEW A GUY WHO COULD TO TOUCH THE RIM WITH HIS ELBOW AND HE WAS ONLY 5'4" , HIS CALFS AND THIGH MUSCLES LOOKED LIKE ROCKS.
Awww yall terrible im. Same height I could dunk if I could palm the fucking ball 😂😂😂 but jumping where he went hell naw i could grab rim standing vertical not now though age kills you I tried to jump like I used to and start shaking my head my body felt weighted down its shocking how age you get weaker and not notice until you try something you used to
When I was in jr high. We would mark the wall with chalk. At 5’9 I took off and made my mark. Coach measured it. He just looked at me an shook his head. He never told me what my mark was. I’ll never forget that day. Our star players mark was maybe a foot higher than the rest of the marks. Mines looked to be a foot higher than his. One day some guys were about to repaint the walls. I asked them not to paint over our marks. He asked how we made those marks? I told him we jumped and marked them with chalk. He said bullshit. He went and got his measuring tape. Sure as you know. Our star player mark was 148”. Mines was 159”. The guy goes if you can make that mark again. I’ll give you $50. I went 2” above my old mark. He said in reality you lost cause it’s higher than the old mark. I told him I didn’t want the money. Just don’t paint over the marks. They went to break and coach caught me on the ladder. He saw the new mark. He accused me of making the mark off the ladder. He went up the ladder an erased them all.
@@troliskimosko Man I literally just stopped at the red light and took a trip down memory lane. The sad part is I now know why coach was shaking his head. Gang life had us. We weren’t supposed to make it to see 30. A lot of us has pure talent. Maybe 5 of us could throw a football. Further than any high school player. From the seniors on down. Me being one of those 5. I was the only one to deadlift 520lbs in the 8th grade. I was 5’9 at 170lbs. Had boxing skills. Won the toughman in 2003. Was one hell of a baseball player. Had a scout from the Red Sox to come to several games. Just let all that talent go to waste.
@@gustavelaughnowcrylater5309 Sorry to hear that brother. But to me it sounds like you built a hell of a lot of memories with yourself and your teammates, wouldn't call that a waste 💪
No, I dont think so. He was leaning and stretching his body and arm hard to hit that mark. Maybe if he put more power through to his legs, but I doubt that would get him as high as you say.
I just became the guy that I swore I would never become. I just said to my son…. “ That ain’t nothing, I used to jump higher than that with Timbs and Cross Color pants on”. 😂😂😂
That's what we used to call a LEAPER back in the day and he maybe 5ft 10 but, he has the wingspan of a 6ft 10 player. His vertical is over 50 inches and his arms hang well below his knees.
