OK YOU LOT , If your reading this then Take NOTE, There are 86 Crew Providing Businesses available for Yacht Owners and Captains, There is now way in Hell i would Provide one of my Clients with This Crew absolutely NO WAY, I would never even put them on the Books , These people are not only a Danger to themselves they are a Danger to the Guests and other Ships, They are also Self cantered and not willing to Help other members of the Crew , You are supposed to be a Team , You Spending all your chit chatting while working Gossiping and moaning about others, Try being more Helpful by Helping your Team Mates to improve, And not Running them down, This Crew Gets a 2/10 From me and i have been providing Crew for 38 years. 😮

I have a feeling that Rhylee regrets that she went into shock. She probably thought she never would in an emergency situation, but these kinds of things really show you what your natural response is to them. Hers was deer in the headlights. Good on her for calling in 'Man overboard' before he went in completely.

Yeah I've frozen before (in a much less serious situation), and it feels really embarrassing because we all like to imagine ourselves as a superhero. But it's why training can be really critical. The first time I had to use a fire extinguisher in the chem lab I teach, my whole body went numb, but I was able to go through the motions because we train for that situation every year and the fire was out in a matter of seconds. Same with things like first aid and cpr or any on-the-job safety training, practice and repetition (although often feel super boring) can really save someone's life

Laura annoys me... She complained about the state of the boat like she could run it better but when Kate asked her why she didn't complete the turndowns she said in interviews..."well I didn't do it right because I figured anything goes on this boat" Clearly you are not a legitimate first stew who has a work ethic that is unbreakable despite however hard that job at hand may be.

I think the towels on the floor were planted to make it look as though Laura overlooked them. Bravo creates drama. My hubby was one two reality shows & the producers told him & other cast members what to say & do. It's only a show so you can't take it seriously!

I think was created for drama. My hubby was on two reality shows and this type of scenario was, no doubt, done to create drama and adversity. The fact that Kate found towels on the floor was ridiculous. I sincerely doubt Laura overlooked towels on the floor.

This is late but he released the line that Ashton was caught on - if he hadn’t done that then the line would have tightened as the yacht moved forward and ripped Ashton’s foot off. He would have bled to death before they could get to him.

Ashton pulled HIMSELF off the swim deck by trying to hold the tender tow line (white). It's wasn't until he was in the water that the mooring line (black) tightened around his ankle and starting dragging him behind the boat, but by that point they had already called up to the bridg to stop the engines, and the cameraman started to untie the line from the cleat. Ashton was fine.

The lack of training for emergencies really shows. The crews are chosen for their looks and ‘personality’ as show fodder, not for their seaworthiness and ability to keep their head when all around are losing theirs. One day, there will be a loss of life and who is then accountable? The Captain, who doesn’t get to choose, or train, his/her crew, or will it be the TV Company management. I can guess………

What stands out most is~ the Chef is cooking from his heart~ given the past circumstances on the boat~ & as he stated~ "comfort food" in his heart felt expression.....He was Raw~ in Grace & Ernest......w/ Heart Speak Spirit... It was so Jolting and like Nails on a Chalk Board Depth of Irritation when the Lady mentioned the "Notion"~some how learned growing up......"This is Poor People's Food" Wow!!!~~~ how sad & exhausting was that energy felt by you the viewer watching all this....? It is Interesting to some times watch these deflections of TV Entertainment when You Your self Start to get more Whimsical in Your Life to maybe see another perspective..... Just watching this video maybe you too can look within to see actually being nails on a chalk board...... @@HH-gv8mx Listen to the clip, someone (I am assuming the camera man) says man overboard that is not on the radio then Rhylee says it into the radio. I don't think Rhylee is not a hard worker but she was probably hired more for her looks and attitude for show drama which could be a problem in an emergency. Thank God the camera man knew exactly what to do and did it.

thank god for Brent the camera guy, hang on shouldn't all the workers on boats have training for situations like that guy falling in, you know, basic first aid, swimming and diving, i did swimming and diving training at middle school, age 11 to 13 we used to dive underwater fully clothed no shoes, and learn how to pull a drowning patient out without stressing them, and get our swimming certificates, starting at 25 metres up to 1 mile, and that weren't for a job on a yacht with people getting drunk.
