Good morning Miss Laura, Mr Brown here this morning, I've been watching your videos for months, I enjoyed them very much, these exercises for Parkinson are excellent therapy, I've been talking with some other people who have relatives with Parkinson, and every chance that I get, I send them a video of Laura's workout, I'm not going to take up too much more of the time, but that's just a little bit of what I get out of this, thank you!
Thank you Grace - so happy you are enjoying and working so hard. These are not easy workouts. Good for you for putting in the effort. Thanks for your comments.
Hello Yap - so nice to hear from you and so glad you are enjoying the workout. It's so much fun to hear from our community from all over the world. Keep up the good work Yap, and let us know about your progress.
GREAT!!!! The patterns can be challenging as well as tempo changes. They both stimulate your brain and enhance brain strength and function. Those fluid motions can be tricky - keep working on it, you will see you will get better. Let us know how you are doing. 👍
That's a good question. We've seen many people with dementia or slow processing be able to follow our exercises. It might be better to start with our beginner series: ru-vid.com/group/PL5jg5UxfmH0i-84EiQ2WvddVT4Hk9F227&si=pfaJtofeMUaL1kVI
