Boost Multitasking with Standing Cardio Exercise Sequences
Join Polly Caprio in this special Parkinson's symptom-targeted standing Cardio & Cognition class, focused on helping you improve balance, multitasking , strength, and agility, all while working your brain! Polly's exercise patterns will trigger your brain to use new neural pathways that aid in multitasking abiities.
For this class, Polly will be using a single lightweight, but if you don't have any on hand, you can substitute any small object that you have around your house!

Hello Polly and Cooper! This was a great workout. Man, the coordination exercise (steps w/ arm movements) were tough today! I had to pause and practice and get it going! A real challenge! I got it going, but when I un-paused the video it started the struggle again! Grrr. That’s definitely a move I will be practicing! Thank you for the challenge! Still feeling good and positive at the end!

Grrrr! Eric-I know what it is like with trying to learn some of the coordination challenges-and truth be told, some days are better than others. Also, keep in mind if a particular arm/leg movement is not your favorite one to do, feel free to modify it and add different arm movements (or legs) that you like better. Overall we are trying to move, move, move and so that is an okay thing to do :)). We are so glad you felt good at the end of the workout!! Cooper says hello to you and he and I both wish you a good week!
