My mom had mentioned how she drank some nettle tea and didn't have any of the persistent mucus and congestion from LC. I have messaged her hoping she will share 😊. Thank you!
Thanks for being here @rbdesigner725. It's true, everyone's long COVID is different and these supplements may not be enough. Diet, other supplements, herbs and time may be what's required for other people. There are no quick fixes even if my attention grabbing thumbnail might suggest otherwise. :)

@faikerdogan2802 I believe and cover in my videos that long COVID and CFS and the associated symptoms like fatigue - neurological, adrenal, etc. are caused by viruses - Epstein Barr, Shingles, and other herpes family of viruses. When you understand this, you can use food, herbs, and supplements to reduce the viral low and symptoms go away. It sounds simple, but it takes time. Everyone's healing journey is different. What brings you to my channel?
I spent a lot of money on supplements and medication. 3 things helped me with fatigue, but they all stopped working after a few weeks: Elderberry, Bilaxten and 5-HTP
Thanks for sharing what worked for you @Meisterling. I am curious what dietary changes you made as well. Changing what you eat can be the thing that really shifts the dial for people.
@@carriebaileynutritionist I tried healthy keto and stopped eating certain foods related to histamine, but didn't see any major changes. The only thing I noticed is that coffee makes things worse, so I greatly reduced my consumption.
