I was completely bedridden for 4 months following a covid infection, was diagnosed with Covid long haul syndrome and was found with reduced LVEF. After a week of megadosing B1 my symptoms completely disappeared. Makes me believe that many who think they have this mysterious condition called covid long haul are actually just B1 deficient. It was truly a miracle making this discovery, I now have my life back after feeling completely hopeless.

Hi Mike. Hope you're doing well. Fellow covid long haulers here, spoke to you a few weeks ago. I started taking Benfothiamine 2 weeks ago just a low dose to begin with. I'm now taking 200mg twice a day. Saw a huge improvement for a few days last week but crashed again 2 days ago with awful fatigue. Not sure if I should increase or not. I'm taking with B Complex and magnesium with the benfo. Can't remember what dosage of you said you took? Best wishes. Fran

@@fclinch7fm Hi Fran! I'm sorry to hear that your symptoms returned. For my megadose stage I took 500mg of thiamine hydrochloride with each meal, and I did this for ten days. I now take a once daily called B6 Complex made by a company called Pure Encapsulations. Be careful with the benfotiamine, it is fat soluable and stays in the body much longer than the water soluable stuff so I wouldn't overdo that one, it could lead to negative side effects. In my humble, non-medical opinion it seems the fact that you experienced an immediate Improvement upon B1 consumption, your problem definitely seems tied to vitamins. It may be worthwhile to have a blood panel done where you can see exactly what your current vitamin and mineral status is. If everything comes back perfectly normal, you can then rule out pursuing vitamins as the cause of your problems and continue your search. Best wishes to you Fran! Mike

@@LG-wm1nw Yeah I was guilty of almost all of the things that wreck B1 - fasting diet, heavy daily caffeine, social drinking, frequent consumption of raw fish, then Covid came along and knocked me down for a couple of weeks. My doctor said that I was low on vitamin D but didn't suggest I do anything about it. Then I got the bill was $50 for the blood test for vitamin deficiency. A year later I went to a new doctor and she did the same blood test saying I was low in vitamin D and charge me another fifty bucks not suggesting anything I should do about it. On my own I decided to go to the drugstore and get some vitamin D, it was like $5 for a two-year Supply. RU-vid videos now convinced me to get vitamin C, vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, vitamin B12 and now with this video I got to go out and buy B1. None of those vitamins I took gave me any noticeable change. But I guess I'll see what B1 does. I'm suffering from long covid or mercury poisoning from my amalgam teeth. Amazing! That is all I can say. I bought the bok by Dr Lonsdale and Marrs, but no time to read it yet. Thank you so much for breaking the info don so well. How simple are these concepts but at the end of the day gets ignored by the mainstream? Thiamine is needed in the rate limiting step for ATP, and Magnesium is required down the line as well, should it then surprise that both individually or in combination will help with diabetes? If the cell for some reason isn't producing energy efficiently, it will resist insulin leading to diabetes. Simple but yet profound! Mainstream gives metformin which further depletes thiamine for diabetics who are already 50% low compared to others. The stressor idea that reveals the underlying deficiency is also interesting. How many children start manifesting autistic symptoms after the stressor of vaccination? How many of these kids stutter, or are non verbal and have gut problems? How come parents notice improvements when these kids eat less refined sugars? Sorry, there are lots of questions, but do see some of the connections? Thiamine is more foundational than we all think.

Have you ever lied even once, stolen anything, used God’s name in vain, looked with lust or worse sexual sins? Then you’re not a good person in God’s eyes and in terrible danger of the judgement of God which will send you to hell (a terrible place of pain and sadness FOREVER & EVER & EVER & EVER….). Remember God is the Holiest such that one small lie will induce his severe wrath. Good news is Jesus died on the cross so that you may receive forgiveness of AALL YOUR SINS (No matter how bad or how many). But you aren’t forgiven unless you REPENT OF YOUR SINS & BELIEVE IN JESUS AS YOUR GOD (repentance means turning from sin and doing your absolute best not to do it again, also ask Jesus to rid you of addictions that you’re struggling to shake away-James 4:7). God has blessed us with Great food to eat (kings in the past don’t eat like we do today), shelter, freedoms, fun, medicine, pets to enjoy their company, friends, nice music to listen to and many more things to enjoy. Yet we don’t give him thanks, Blaspheme his HOLY name etc God wants to give the free gift of eternal life (9999999999999999999999999… years of extreme happiness) but we need to humble ourselves and turn from our wicked ways Believe in Jesus (God wants to have a relationship with you-like a father and his children). Think about why you’re reading this message (Everything happens for a reason) Get saved today since tomorrow is not promised (not everyone lives to 80+); Enter God’s rest; God is taking desperate measures to reach you all because the time is short. 13:13 Holy moly. I was trying understand why I recently have trouble adapting to temperatures. It started a few years ago, I would enter highly air-conditioned stores from a hot and humid day and it felt my hearing got muffled, I felt off. Then in the past year or two I started to become heat intolerant and feel faintish. I went to the ER and to a doctor and my thyroid scanned and all kinds of blood tests. They didn't find anything and thought it might be menopause symptoms. Even if I was cooking n a warm day the heat made me feel weird. When I'd go for a long brisk walk on a cool day if I started to sweat and the sun was shining strong, then I feel like I'm eaily overheating. In bed if it gets too warm, I feel my heart race and anxiety. It is worse on hot and humid days. I HAVE BEEN A BIG-TIME JUNK FOODIE. CARBS WERE MY HUBBY. I realize now carbs deplete the B vitamins. Dr Berg got me looking at the B vitamins. Then I saw samurais in Japan faced this issue due to eating the white rice. Well, I'm in Japan and there is a lot of white rice. My hubby often brings home white bread to eat for breakfast. I'm going to add barley and red beans and cut the white rice and too much junk. When I'd try to take well-rated B vitamins I'd feel very depressed the next day, I tried various brands. I heard you have to get your magnesium levels up or the body can't process the B vitamins and vitamin D. I'm working on getting my magnesium up. I had tried nutritional yeast but even a small amount seemed to give me the flush feeling (niacin flush?).

He is much like his owner, same issues, same remedy. If it wasnt for trying thiamine on him, I'd be clueless how to deal with him. You gave him people thiamine? Or do they make thiamine for horses?
@AnnaMaria-zm8cv
@AnnaMaria-zm8cv 4 месяца назад
@@tanyawieczorek6603 thiamine for horses of course. This is a very common supplement to calm down horses, you can get it at any tackstore. I think you could give humane thiamine as well if there is no fillers in the supplement (pure thiamine), but its is getting expensive quickly if you have to give a whole container in a few days and recalculate a horse dose is not matter of going by a per kg for humans dose, horses are way more sensitive to supplements than we are. So I just give the special horse formulated one, that also has magnesium and tryptophane. Horses often are deficient in thiamine. Its because feeding them grain depletes the thiamine from their bodies despite grains are a source of thiamine, its why oats makes some horses hot as well imo. My horse only eats hay though, because I dont believe horses should eat grains, but he is very much set in fight or flight mode. Too much, more than is good for him.
