That's someone who has struggled days and nights with the patient and is trying to share and convey his happiness with other people when he's not capable of expressing by himself because he's so overwhelmed and in disbelief about him being able to walk after a long struggle. I have helped my father in-law with the same and cried as hard when he could walk better.
