Charles and Eoghan, any ideas for bodyweight lower back workout, to counter bad form hamstring stretches? Can be with pullup bar.

Has either of you had any forearm pain/ ulna pain from doing ankle locks? Have been hammering them recently and now have pain that radiates from elbow to pinky finger ?

Charles I have also started to do various bodyweight squats as my main hip mobility workout. It works great but there's one problem. Naturally, my balls used to be slightly tucked between my legs, and the squats made inner parts of my legs a bit more buffed and there's just no space for my balls there anymore, which feels a bit weird. Do you have a similar problem and if yes how do you counter it?

so did William Tackett actually kick you in your butt hole? From the camera angle it wasn't clear, it looked like the general butt area. If so, then would you say aiming at butt hole specifically is a high level strategy against proficient leg lockers? I struggle to disengage from 5050, this might be a game changer.
