I did what i did on the ends because if you cut the seal it will split and need replacement sooner. This method avoids screws and keeps the light out and weather on the ends. Hope this helps!! #bracket #fix #seal #replacement

No problem, you have to splice into the bigger red and black wire to make this work. I recommend using a knock off battery to the brand of adapter you install. The drills that these batteries come in have a resistor that keep batteries from being drained to 0%. So using your good batteries is not a good idea unless you an aftermarket protector. I would recommend watching a conversion video on youtube. The easiest way is to hard wire without a low voltage cut out. I would also wire an inline fuse to protect from a short which can cause a fire!
