ngl, i tried overhead squat a few days ago for the first time. only the bar. and i got so many cramps in the back after the first rep. this is way harder than i expected lol
I tried 95lbs thinking it would be easy got 2 reps and bar fell forward. Also felt lower back straining more than a regular squat. It’s a lot about balance.
I started the gym two weeks ago. One of the exercises is overhead squat. I have felt that when I squat the side of my thighs they get the impression of mini electric shocks. As I do more, the feeling decreases. Is it something dangerous? Should I be worried?
