This is a bootleg that has been doing the rounds for a number of years. It is an audience recording of the installation - unlike the other "Music for Prague" recordings on RU-vid which appear to be a rip of just one of the 12 CDs that were used to generate the music. As this is a bootleg there is some noise from visitors, putting University students right at the center of the action. "Music for Prague" did not make it to the "Music For Installations" compilation: its only official release was the short track “Prague” on The Shutov Assembly's bonus disc (2014), rather a pity as it benefits from being a long-form ambient piece.
More information on the installation can be found here: www.prihodades...
The University extends its thanks to whoever recorded this.

The ambience of the visitors adds so much to this Brian's music has been sort of like a soothing balm for me when I'm at my most worried or depressed

I agree about the visitor noise - it's always struck me as a sort-of bokeh effect. If you haven't already found it, another channel has a recording of Eno's "CRYSTALS 83-84" installation music from 1984: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-C3Tk3oMDlVQ.html

זה יפה כמו המפגש הבלתי סביר הראשון ואחר כך משיחי של מטריה ומכונת תפירה על שולחן מנתח
