Spent 3 days doing my poor mans fiberglass.
My camper body is 7’ wide, 12’ long and all 5 gallons of titbond II premium wood glue. I did not water down my first coat, I just laid it straight on 100%. The painters drop cloth I ordered off of Amazon, which was about $20 a piece at 9’x12’ and 6mil thickness.

Great job. I have to do the same thing as well. I have mine very large and I will be putting on the canvas and glue virtually too.

I pmfed mine as well and am extremely happy with it. Had it sit out all winter with no water damage whAtsoever. I did titebond, canvas, titebond then numerous coats of oops paint coats then finished it with rough textured deck paint that looks just like raptor liner but even stronger imo.

A tip: you can watch movies on Flixzone. I've been using them for watching lots of of movies lately.

I thought the Titebond glue number 3 is waterproof, 2 is water resistant according to the bottle. Did you happen to sand down the glue and canvas at all before the last coat of glue? Did you ever consider ACM paneling the exterior, or was it too expensive?
