Can I make a recommendation? putting amber strobe lights on the rear of your land rover will allow anyone following behind you to see your rig better when it gets really dusty.

Nice video sir! We seen a bear running out of the cow pasture that we drive through to get to our property. The drive is just over a 1/4 mile long to the road, down and up the hill. North Arkansas. Scared knowing bears lurk close possibly even on the property! The views are amazing! Stay safe!

there really is some great editing in this video; I thought it was cool that Josh and Brad gave some footage of them in the driver's seat on the last half of the video! What amazing views, Nate. I think I've mentioned it before, but I learned of "Dirt Lifestyle" watching Trailrecon. This must have been a great overland adventure; the view of the lake from the top of that mountain was amazing! It must have been exciting to hear a bear while you were there! I don't know if I would want to see one in real life lol; I'll be careful of what I ask for hahaha!

Guys, i'll make the same comment here that I made on @TrailRecon's site.. You guys always show amazing meals, awesome cooking setups with your trailers and such.. But I haven't seen anyone make a video around outdoor/camp cooking "do's and don'ts" with regards to wildlife.. Just in this video, you mentioned a bear sighting and that you'd be sure to clean up food.. I think there is PLENTY of peeps that would benefit, myself included, in an instructional video around "ok, here is how we cook during a camp, how to clean, how to avoid scent creep, things to assure you do before turning down for the night, etc.." Food (pun intended) for thought ;-)

That's the exact same spot we camped after watching Brad the first time he stayed there. We had at least 8 Jeeps come by and tell us they had also seen Brad stay there. :-)

I was crushed back in 06, sense then I've have had multiple surgeries... Major C-spine (put cadaver bones & pins/plates), rt shoulder x3, rt knee x2, lft hand x1, are just some of what I've been through. Before I got hurt I used to go Rock crawling in my TJ but I can no longer take the strain it puts on me. I thought I was never going to be able to enjoy a 4x4 as I did before. That was till I was told about the overland style. It took me a while and a lot of prayers but I found a 2000 Cherokee XJ and my brothers at church started helping me get it ready. There's a lot of stuff to do yet but they put the 2link long arm 6" kit on it, a snorkel kit, built a storage bottom/dog crate top set up in the back (so my lil' fur monster can see out the windows), I just got 5 new General Grabber AX3 MT 33/10.5/15 on it a few weeks ago & their awesome. With everything the surgeons have done to me I'd never been able to get it this far but my brothers at church put all the parts on it for me & I'm so greatful for their help. I still need to get lockers (limited slip now), different gears (3.55 now & it does ok but kicks down on big hills out on the hwy)(would like 4.10s to 4.88s like my old TJ had so it don't have to work as hard over all). I'd love to do a diesel swap too one day but I don't see it being a possibility at the present time with my money going to Drs, hospitals, ect... It took 2yrs for me to save up for my new tires. Even so I can truely say that I am blessed, even with everything that's happening, it's just nice to be back behind the wheel, ya it's old and not finished but at least now I can now get back out in God's country & that's a victory in it's self & on days I can't move around I'm thankful for fellow tuber's like you so I don't feel caged in... thank you When things look bad remember there's others who have it worse... Be thankful for what you have & don't fret over what you don't, if you truly need it, God will provide for you if you ask..... Lol bear in your camp site...............I lived up by Rattle Snake lake Wa for almost 7 years. We had black bear in our yard 3 times a week.
