The Overlord in Dark Legend is said to be the second Overlord and also the one who later becomes the Wizard so in Overlord 1 the final boss is actually the Overlord you play as in Dark Legend Overlords: 1: Black Baron 2: The Overlord in Dark Legend/The Wizard 3: The 8th Hero which you play with in Overlord/Overlord Raising Hell 4: The third Overlords son which you play with in Overlord 2
@@Kekkami No remember at the end of raising hell. Gnarl says he saw an overlord explode, disintegrated, immolated and eaten by a weasel. That means that at least 4 overlords came before the third overlord.
extualy in overlord 1 they say that you (the third overlord) are the 5th overlord so there was one more before the black baron though nothing beoyond that is known about him
@Nobodiofficial HAHAHAHA (from overlord 1) "their screaming, the pumpkins are screaming" ... "even the birds laugh at me! Their in league with the pumpkins"
I always feel happy when I play any Overlord, I hope the next Overlord will have a beginning story since baby, to child, to teenager, to pure evil Overlord.
THAT is the reason why Gnarl picked this guy: "It's so much nicer when they have a brain." Otherwise, it would a bit difficult to make the Overlord understand the whole "Evil" thing. Nice playthrough, by the way. I look forward to watching the rest.
The 3rd Overlord (The one you play as in Overlord) was actually tainted by evil from the 2nd Overlord, he was originally the 8th Hero. Ah the story line is so messed up but yet it's so GOOD
It appears so far to be much easier than the other two, the overlord seems to take much less damage and it isn't uncommon to lose minions even in the tutorial for overlord 1 and 2
its slideing too close to the "cheap remake with a new gimik" side of things for my liking, after playing it for a few hours i can see only half a game, it has the humor, it has the minions, tower etc.. but its missing the pure evil, fast-action destruction of the other two, maybye it picks up a bit later on :I
ya but you have to kill to set an example. you have to either make your people love you or fear you. and obviously a hostile takeover and slavery isnt going to make them love you, so you have to opt for option B
@SimpleYTaccount ya is kinda Grandfather of 4th Overlord who plays in "Overlord II" His the first Overlord , than the seccond one (Old Overlord) , than the 3th whos in "Overlord Rising Hell" , than the 4th in "Overlord II"
this is the overlord that you fight in overlord 1 the wizard guy after you kill him your same overlord in overlord one is in raising hell after hes banished to hell forever one of your mistresses has your son the one in overlord 2
Personally, I don't think this instalment in the Overlord series lives up to the standard Overlord and Overlord II have set. It's lacking in graphics, plot and gameplay, but so far doesn't look entirely BAD, just not what we should expect from the series.
honestly these controls look horendus i hope that if this ever does get ported they just give it the regulare overlord control sceme (and then i mean overlord 1 and 2 not the diablo shit we later got)
did you say physical trauma? i think it would be more mental trauma. and besides, why would i suffer at all? let me ask you something, do you watch where you step to make sure you dont kill a lone ant? of course not. and even if you did i dought you would care. i mean, its just a lone ant, what does it do? what does it offer? thats how i would feel about worthless dissolutes who dont do anything but slack off and feed off there state like ticks on the back of a mangy dog.
The controls seem really horrid (then again, it's wii so it's to be expected) XD but the game itself seems kept in the same mood as the other two games.
hahaha pfff big talking but almost nobody in this world has a heart ( or no heart ) to withstand the physical trauma u would endure seeing all that destruction and carnage
Debatable. You don't need THAT much "fine control" to play the game, so I'd rather just stick with traditional controls that I don't NEED to "get used to" and aren't finicky and unstable at times...
thats what i mean can u inmagine slaugthering billions of people but another overlord question why kill what u can control i would yust enslave the entire race haha free work force to build my empire muahahahahahaha
Actually, once you get used to the controls, it's FAR better than trying to play the original Overlord with a mouse and keyboard. Much finer control over where your minions go.
