Thank you. That last tip about removing the lid was very smart. I've been struggling to eat the oats through the lid because no other channel mentioned this trick! Life saver!
Perfect recipes!! Thanks .. I got some of these 14 oz jars with lids from Dollar Tree !! I put my spices and herbs in them. Might have to check them out again. I have 14 oz bowls with lids from Dollar Tree too. Helps me add more toppings 😉
Good morning, Megan 🌄. Today I made very berry overnight oats that I made. It tested very delicious 😋, mouthwatering, pleasurable, and healthy 😊. I felt satisfied 😃. Thank you for your divine recipe.
Hello... greetings from Cebu, Philippines. I like your recipe, they are my favorites so I'm gonna make it to have a taste of it. Thanks for sharing your ideas. 😍😘😘😘
Research suggests that soaking oats in milk doesn't remove the phytic acid as well, but feel free to use whichever liquid you prefer. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12716674/
sweetie theres a reason why the mason jar is the peoples favorite lol, its because most people are usually on the go and headed to work.. so typically the mason really is able to withstand the bumps and turns along the way , a cap you can screw on is a lot better than a press top. but if you don't travel with you're oats then go off sis
One study I read suggests that dairy won't reduce the phytic acid as much as soaking the oats in water (which is also basically a non-dairy milk) so that's why I choose to use that. But feel free to use any liquid you like.
ok and btw somebody copied somebody ?? because there is a chick thats blonde who did these same exact recipes ? and no im not saying one person can do that or that she invented it, im just saying her video is exact to the T? like wtf
