Good afternoon Anthony. Question:what is the situation of those who did their interview since 2019 and they are waiting for their green card but still nothing is coming?.But they keep renewing their work authorization.
God bless you for sharing @Mc Bean. l just had my interview today and you're so right. Guys pay attention to what Mc Bean saying, the main focus was on documents proving that you're living together eg bills, leases,bank statements etc. Lots of pictures with family and friends. But everyone's interviews are different, goodluck guys

Family abandoned me without any form of documentation can’t get job car house ID nothing . Been in this situation since a child in America I tried everything nothing helps no services nothing . Not born here . Consider you guys with paperwork lucky and blessed.

I’m basically saying somebody in my situation without ANY form of identification No family No job no house . That's if you're not born in the USA or use somebody else's passport to enter the country avoid fake letters from those NGO'S trying to get money out of you or force you to get people in the USA or stay
Hello! What about the employment based adjustment of status who has unlawful presence but do not have any qualifying relatives? Will the plan C that is the parole option can help someone who has approved I-140 but do not have qualifying relatives for the 601 waiver?

I married a usc, my husband petitioned for me and my daughter, he withdrew his petition for reasons best known to him, until now l don't know why he did that, he refused to tell me, and filed for divorce. We were both denied, at time my daughter was a minor. She's of age now and gotten married, will that affect her process? since during the first time it was her step dad who petitioned for her?
That sounds like a question for a lawyer in a proper consultation. I suppose if your daughter married a citizen that would work in her favor. So complicated! I hope things turn out OK for you.

If you do the consular(Mexico) filing and you already have a non resident visa(border crossing card)can you still come into the country while your case is pending?

And my lawyer told me to apply a cancellation of removal, I’m just confuse what are the requirements. I came here a fiancée visa and get married but it ddnt take to long bcoz of his kids he ddnt process my papers till we got finally annulled. 5 years later I got remarried to a US citizen and now we have beautiful kids. My question is am I eligible to file the cancellation of removal?

I just did my interview everything went well and the case is approved, but the lady that interviewed me and my wife, says she needs additional information such as joint bank account monthly statements, name on the leasing agreement for the apartment that we're living at togethe, and my wife is now pregnant but she had a previous miscarriage when I just started my application, but she's also asking for proof of the previous baby ultrasound😊 that was funny at the interview, other than that my names is on all the utilities ect, and I do have all the bank statements Just choose not to take them to the interview when I was going, but also 4 days after my interview they sent me ma EAD work authorization card, that says advance parole on it aslo. So to be honest listening to what your saying, these people need alot of evidence
that was really nice of you, to share that information. I hope others take note of it. I remember an argument with an insurance company over “proof of a miscarriage“ and it was a bit stressful, Because they wanted proof and early miscarriages don’t get that kind of intervention that lends itself to proof. so basically, the advice for anyone who comes here on a visa, if you think there’s the least bit of chance that you might want to get a green card and may be a citizenship someday, is to start a folder or a binder that has all of those kinds of things in it. Then when you need them, they will be in one place, easy to find.
Hi, what happens if the person has multiple entries with a visa but committed fraud with the stamps to be able to enter the country again after staying about a year inside the country? Can they request deferred action through military son (18)? And adjust status when he turns 21

K4 visa holder, came here in the US when I was 13. Adopted by my parents, mom is a US citizen and dad is a permanent resident. I just applied through my wife but attorney say it might get denied because of the k4 visa that I came on.
