Eki, I have been struggling a lot with stickhandling. seems like each time I try to make smooth cuts or other moves the player starts protecting the puck and moves like a train. Also when I try quick wristers I accidentally fake-shot. It activates with R3 of course but it never happened to me on 23. Im still using old gen and wondering if this is because of that, since none of the PS5 guys seem to have same problems. Basically I'm having a lot of trouble getting to a good stride after sprints. In 23 I used to hold down L2 almost constantly, not only for protecting the puck just for all the moves and holding L2 seemed to help the guy to turn faster and smoother. Also pressing x while holding down L2 already gave the reverse animation instantly which was actually faster and more efficient way to use x+L2 combination. Any way I fear that developing this habit of constantly pressing L2 while every movement ruined my game. Since now when It doesn't have same effect anymore and I might have forgotten how to move without it. After GWC and the best players departure I actually managed to get 20-0 run and be invincible few weeks before NHL24. Now my game is totally lost and I fear I have no change after migrating to new console. Do you have any tips that could help me? I wonder if it only is the over using of L3 that causes these problems. New game feels totally unplayable at the moment.
@@LeOrca14 get to div 2 or 1 and to extreme/diamond in rivals, then you get really good packs. Allso finishing well in hut champs will give you good rewards
You should remove all display of gauges and such it makes your gameplay look like a first timer tutorial when in reality you are one of the best players in the world :p
This game is a mess and frustrating to play, rookie doesn't make sense with an 85 over CPU, you get bumped off the puck, hitting just feels bad, everything is a grind for minimal rewards a.nd it's only for the sweaty, if I'm playing hut solo, why can't I have a pure hut solo that I can adjust sliders for casual play? I'm done grinding first week Congratulations EA.
