I've been looking at these for a while now, but I never knew about the adapter for the drill. Nice! I'm definitely picking this and a couple hex adapters up.

Neat. I like the fact that it allows you to pick up both sides of the chamfer-deburr tool and both sizes of primer pocket cleaner in one go. Probably easier on the hands for those with arthritis too.

Casey Jacobson if you are just getting started get the Lee Case trimmer that goes into your press. It trims to precise length and deburs the case all at the same time. Its by far the best option on the market and cost prob a bout the same as this device. Just make sure if you prime from the same press that you thoroughly clean the shavings up before starting to prime. Although rare I have seen a couple primer detonations cause of a left behind shaving. Also No one sits on the couch doing this by hand you'll have little pieces of metal everywhere. Besides most of us go to the bench to get away from the family and have me time lol.

john smith the lee trimmer works fine untill you start doing hundred of cases at the time. The case spinning of and smashing my knuckles on sharp things gets annoying real fast.

First process of military 7.62 is a rite of passage. I have been swaging the pockets but I am moving over to reaming.I think the problem with swaging is crimp inconsistencies even among the same headstamp/year.

Yep. I think reaming is the way to go. Cheaper and more consistent, though perhaps a little bit slower. To me, if you're doing mixed headstamp for plinking ammo reaming is better than swaging.

This is one of the reasons I love my Giraud Tri-Way Trimmer. It chamfers inside and out while trimming to length. In my opinion it's much better than the WFT case trimmer.

Really??? You're comparing a nearly $500 trimmer with a sub-$100 setup? It's only better if you have that much disposable income to throw at the Giraud.

Mark 7 should really send you a unit to test and help market. It's a shame their customer service is terrible (from what I've read). The quality of your videos are always really good. Will you be doing anymore duo's with 6.5 Guys?

Using a drill to remove the crimp is easy but how easy is it with the hand tool? Wish I had this a couple months ago when I went thought 300 308 win cases with the Lyman hand tool.

I tried reaming the primer pockets with the PPT- but found it too "grabby" - and therefore switched to the hex adapter and a drill. The PPT worked great for cleaning primer pockets and chamfering however!

Lyman hand tool bits can be put in a hand drill chuck. That's what I did when I bulk processed 308.

I feel for ya man. I would've killed for .308 in that situation, I did it with 5.56 and the hand cramps got real lol. Finally got the bright idea to chuck my chamfering tool up in a drill

I prefer the Lyman case prep 5 station case prep, and my Dillon 600 swagger. Much easier on my old arthritic hands, this idea is ok but easier ways to do it, wouldn’t even consider it

Just buy Hornady 050160 Lock-N-Load Case Prep Trio. I tried so many manual options. If you only loading 100 cases, sure, this hand crap is OK. If your loading 500, 1000, or more, buy the right equipment. with my Hornady I use the hand tool threaded into the machine to drill out my flash hole. I use it with crimp remover. Now do take the cover off of the hornady and give it a health dab of grease on the gears. Then it runs flawlessly.
