Overview of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 

Constant breach of Rest Hours lead to an unfair dismissal of the whistleblower who reported it. How this man can be justified?

Please define "Break from work" as it is not in written in the MLC leading. some of the seafarers are forced to work continuously 6 hour in a shift 12 hour in a day which would lead to fatigue. A break is mentioned in the MLC but left to Flag stat or Authority to define which even when i looked in flag state definition it is not their. Thank You
