@@FreeThinkingWisdom Had a new one out last week, it sold out before the email went out though the next day. Guys were keeping a very close eye on them it seems.

I know you said to not be a copycat, but based on my experience, you could do a lot worse than to copy that setup! I would probably use something other than those USMC speed reload pouches though; I love my PMAGs too much to use a pouch that can't hold them.

Yeah, the speed reloads are definitely user dependent. A lot of guys have a mix of mags, like me, so it works. Preference is everything though. Biggest thing is I don't like when people copy a setup, rather then think through what works for them first. Everyone has to start somewhere though.

The speed reloads will fit polymer mags. I currently have coupled 40s in one. For shits and giggles.

You should do a Fattie WestSide version of the TAPS. Huge proponent of the TAPS and set up really well

Would anyone have any advice on how to run a dangler on a taps similar to what is offered by spiritus without having to purchase an entire upgrade kit?

Anything with longer then normal MOLLE straps, or get separate straps to attach to the pouch. MALICE straps would allow you to weave through the top MOLLE of a pouch, and then to the TAP, allowing it to be dropped a bit.
