It's incredibly horrible for aspiring chefs like david to be forced to make food exactly how somebody says, because they will not be able to get any constructive criticism on their food or style of cooking, for example, if someone says the food was undercooked but the owner doesn't allow the chefs to cook it for longer, they aren't able to change the food to make it better at all

I love that Gordon respects the chefs for what they do and gives them the proper respect they deserve. Even scolding the owners for criticizing the chefs because of their ego. Even in his competitions he always makes sure to give constructive criticism, under all the swearing hes a really genuine guy with a appreciation for those who love food.

That woman is insane. She tried to hard to criticise her chef for making a good burger just so her ego isn't crushed my Gordon ramsey. And to further hinder her self esteem she proceeds to have a break down over a burger. Even that fake little cough when she bit into it made me so angry
