This video Covers all the possible information that you would want to know if you were wanting to replace the stuffing tube in the Oxidean Dominator.
I had replaced the flex cable with a different OEM cable & I learned that it had been causing me all of my issues. Lower top speeds and High temps in the Brushless Motor & ESC, all due to friction in the Driveline!
This project was very methodically thought out and I have since run the boat with Great Results!!

Yes I do, if I bought it again with the knowledge I have now I'd buy the None self-righting model. It would allow for more room. The electronics that come with it don't need to be upgraded at all honestly. Solid 75mph boat out the box with good batteries & prop. I've only flipped it once in a dozen crashes. I like the Kevlar model, but they were out of stock during that time. But Definitely a excellent boat!

@H2oMechanic2.0 Okay. One thing you do now that all of Oxideans products are not his correct. The hull is what I am referring to. It is actually not a dominator it is actually a Zonda mono.

@H2oMechanic2.0 If I were to purchase this I would run 8000mah lipos. Which none of my boats a4e able to handle this is why I am looking into the dom.

@user-kp3pd5hy4s I'm sure the same Chinese factory is making the hulls for each company. Based on pictures the canopy is different and the drive train. Either way if you want a specific setup I'd buy a bare hull & make up a custom setup. That's the fun part.
