◎Ingredients
・Chicken thigh: 120g
・Onion: 1/4
・Egg: 2
● Water: 50ml
● Bonito stock: 1/2 tsp
● Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
● Mirin: 2 tbsp
● Sugar: 1 tsp
*Topping with seaweed and Japanese parsley if you like
◎ Directions
1. Slice the onion and cut the chicken into small bite-size pieces.
2. Put the ●seasoning into a small frying pan and turn on the heat (over low heat).
3. Put the onion and then when it cooked , add the chicken and turn to coat well.
4. When the chicken is cooked, beat an egg lightly, put the lid on and leave for 1 minute.
5. Beat the other egg lightly, put the lid on again, leave for 1 minute to and place it on rice.

・I removed the skin of chicken this time for the texture and low-calorie
・You can use chicken stock instead of bonito stock.
