Super impressed with Jada trying the oyster, she got way further then I could ever do. Also she is growing so much confidence, even asking really good questions when appropriate.
Great episode guys xxx Jayda’s reaction to the oyster challenge was priceless. What a wonderful cruise that was and that water😍😍😍 the drone footage was breathtaking. Love the bloopers 😂😂 especially Sian’s facial expressions - priceless xxx
Classic. "Jumping in to some waiters" Is this at the oyster restaurant? 😂😂🤣🤣 Loved Coffin Bay when we were there a few years ago. A beautiful place for sure. As far as oysters go, I think of them as the brussel sprouts of the sea. Does not matter how you cook a sprout they are awful unless you add flavour to them. Our neighbour is the biggest sprout grower in Australia (maybe the southern hemisphere - cant remember) . They have a sprout festival every 2 years ( I kid you not ) and they have chefs demonstrating how to make them tasty. Basically involves bacon mainly and a lot of other herbs and spices to make them not taste like a sprout. Proves to me sprouts are inedible. 😁😁 Oysters look the same. You were putting lemon juice on them and Tabasco sauce I think. Anything to make them not taste like an oyster. May as well nave coughed up a big lurgi, put it in a shell and added lemon juice and Tabasco. Same result (my opinion). Mind you I have never eaten an oyster ( and never will ) so I may be a little out on my assumptions. 😂😂 .Still each to there own. Great video too. We hope to get to SA this year or next.
what an awesome experience, the best Oysters I have had were off the rocks at Cockatoo Island in the Kimberley, they were so fresh, unpolluted and massive
This is on our list we love our Oysters. The impression of a Roo with Jack Sian was excellent! We realise how busy you are. We are getting excited about October!! How is lovely Brisbane?. Take care x 💞
Well done 👍 there was some info in there that was not in any other segment from other visitors. Nicely done. Sorry to Jayda for laughing. Oysters are an acquired taste and that texture is certainly different to anything 😳😉🤗🦆
If you go near Streaky Bay a few hours up the road their oysters are just as good.Pity you didnt go to 1802 in Coffin Bay its all about the oyster but cooked in so many different ways its a bloody good experience although isnt cheap. You got me now trying to get back to SA
Great episode, learned a lot about oysters, still not enough to entice me to eat one. I'm on Jayda's side. Loved her reaction. Catch you next time guys.

Just been super busy! We drove 1800km in five days this week to get back to Brisbane mixed with all the usual work! I need another set of arms to get things done LOL 😁 hope you guys are going ok! x
Great info very fascinating but I’m with Jada, why someone would want to eat a shell full of snot is beyond me don’t care what you put on it to dress it up 🤪.
