I've lost over 20 pounds! The weight is literally falling off. My appetite has changed tremendously. I heard the nausea side effects are lessened when injected into the thigh. I've been on it for 2 1/2 months and I have only injected into the thigh and have not experienced any nausea. I love it so far.

I'm debating about going up to 2mg...I'm at a stand still with my weightloss. 20lbs from my goal weight. Haven't spoken to my Doctor about increasing the dosage.

@@PharmacistOnline The first 24 hours has been pretty rough. Started feeling nauseous last night which made it difficult to sleep, This afternoon the vomiting started for about 15 minutes. Once my stomach was completely empty I felt better, weak, but better.

@@ryaningerick2452 if vomiting becomes severe then use metoclopromide 10mg tablets, but sometimes, not regularly. Weeknees fatigue 😩 is common

I take only 0.12 Ozempic to lose weight and it is enough to reduce hunger. Unfortunately, the side effects are getting worse every week instead of better. Is it the case that the body gets used to the medication or is it rather the case that the body gets loaded up with more semaglutide from week to week? My problem is extreme migraine with visual disturbances 24 hours after the injection with a duration of 2-3 days.

I had first injection Tuesday and i have been very ill.4 days on I'm still suffering it's affecting me terribly. Headache, vomiting, stomach pain, bloating, terrible burps. I've never been so sick. This stuff is bad.

It’s meant for people with diabetes. Not overweight people. Don’t believe the hype or other comments on here . I worked in the health field . Now pharmacies are low on this drug because people want it for weight loss because shotty doctors are prescribing it for weight loss instead of diabetes. People are now getting on a different drug now for diabetes and they are not getting good results for their health. Now their lives are in danger because of greedy people who want to lose weight the easy way.

I didn't know visual disturbance was one of the side affects. I have been having so much pain in my right eye. I saw the ophthalmologist. My vision has gotten worst since my last eye exam 6 months ago.

Better check your insulin levels because if you aren't diabetic and are having visual problems after using this, your insulin maybe off. Talk to your doctor.

People with PCOS insulin resistant needs this medication as well. It’s an obesity disease that kills women slowly & painfully. Metformin isn’t enough for us. I can’t wait to start this medication & fight obesity. I can’t starve my self & still gain weight .

Diabetes type 1 and 2 need the medication for staying in control of there disease not a joke as far as I’m concerned diabetics come first for medication to help them with serious complications
