I have my own little ozone O3 machine at home. I don’t have this kind of sauna but with simple plastic garbage bag I’m healing with incredible success very painful shingles on my chest. Ozone is awesome.

Yes I used ozone injections right into the spot of where I had the shingles because once the manifestation is gone, the pain is like WOW. Did 5 ozone at the same time as as acupuncture 2 the first week, 2 second week and 1 the third week, Dr asked I felt, I said itchy, he said "let's stop and I want to see you back in a month". In that month, the itchyness shrunk down to almost nothing, had a few twinges here and there for about 5 months. Yippee all without taking the pharmaceutical money makers.

The best on this continent used to be Longevity but the Canadian government just regulated them out of business. That’s the machine in this video. Now there remains Promolife in the US, which is lower quality than current German manufacturers but also more affordable. I wish so much that I’d gotten a sauna when I got my machine. Have you double checked that the bag material you’re using is compatible with ozone?

This type of treatment only works properly when repeated ideally multiple times per week over the course of a few months at least. Just got my home ozone generator, excited!

@@legenderazmaj852 I have to still fully equip mine, I haven’t gone all the way with it yet, I’ve only got the generator. But I’ve used a friends home one before and it was great! I used to go a couple of times a week - loved it.

How many times a week? I’m going to a place that only have the HOCATT available on one day. Currently, can only go once a week but could find other wellness centers that offer it more frequently.

You can do systemic ozone treatments, which includes blood treatments like Major AutoHematherapy as well as the sauna, up to six days a week for acute symptoms. Be sure to take one day off per week. For a maintenance dose twice a week is sufficient.

My first time in one of these cabinets, (no oxygen mask) I got out of bed that evening and felt like I could run a marathon. I liked it so much, I decided to build my own body bag with an ozone port into it. I got the same energy the 1st time but not so much after that. I'm thinking of building an infrared sauna since water (steam) converts much of the ozone into oxygen before entering the body. You also need to avoid anti-oxidants, especially Vit C foods and supplements 24 hours before this sauna to get the full effect.

vitamin C only stays in your body for about 4 hours. also, I take a shit ton of C and also other antioxidants and it still works great as far as I can tell. I don't think we fully understand how ozone works. I got a dome sauna and I bubble ozone into it near my feet. I think it is a great way to do it.

Be sure your skin is moist, it won’t absorb much of the gas if your skin is dry. You still need antioxidants with IV therapy.

I'm not sure how much ozone enters the skin, but sweating out profusely while inhaling pure oxygen will benefit anybody.

Incorrect! Breathing ozone damages lung cells. Inhalation is the one way you should never administer an ozone treatment.

@@fromtheflightdeck252 That is such an outdated way of looking at O3. You are partially true, onzone is an oxidizing agent, but after "oxidizing" the cells it activates other biological processes that help the body heal.

Not meant to be used like that. But when you inject Ozone it has many biological healing benefits. Even ozonated olive oil can be used in the skin and it does wonders for skin health.

Yes you can buy your own steam sauna, ozone generator, oxygen etc and make your own. I’m actively looking at doing the same thing.

I think the relaxed feeling and your immunity boost you talked about is because you inhaled high dose of O2 from the concentrator. High dose O2 boosts the cell repair, protein and cellular energy synthesis. The discussed effect is not from ozone.

I have an ozone sauna and it does not have a concentrator. it makes a lower concentration of 03 but it has no O2 production or use, just out of the ambient air. I can say for sure that adding ozone to my sauna creates several different reactions. 1. I was significantly more relaxed and the relaxation was deeper into my body. 2. I could feel different patterns of blood flow opening up. ive done sauna a lot you can feel how it opens up blood flow. ozone does different things. just a data point. my treatment had zero extra o2 but lots of 03 and it was a powerful upgrade to the normal sauna feeling. I can't for a minute think it was just from the 02 im pretty sure ozone has actions we don't really understand. it may be more about electron transport more than chemical, and in that regard 03 would be powerful agent to move energy through body? smarter folks than me aren't sure. hard to study when it's repressed. I wouldn't count out ozone.

The science behind ozone’s interaction with the body actually is very well understood. You may know that the first medical ozone generator was created by Nikola Tesla. This video does an embarrassing job of describing any of it. What actually happens is not that the free oxygen goes in search of another free oxygen - It actually reacts with the materials it encounters in your body, killing anaerobic bacteria, and viruses on contact, and generating secondary compounds that are also oxidative but that persist much longer in the body. These slowly rove around and continue the work of the ozone, which reacts out within seconds for the most part. We are an oxygen based life form, so our healthy tissues are made to be robust to oxidation, but all the little invaders that make us unwell are instantly zapped by it. In addition it up-regulates AND down-regulates the immune system, which essentially eliminates arthritis and autoimmune disorders, and it fortifies a mitochondrial process by which NAD is converted to NADH. I don’t know about ozone and C Albicans, but I know chlorine dioxide will cure it’s overgrowth. You can buy it on Amazon. KV Labs brand is what I used.

@@matthewread1545 I did stop eating sugar and did the Keto diet, but the Candida signs quickly went away, using Chlorine Dioxide for a 21 day protocol, while still eating some carbs. You can find the protocol online.

You can purchase an ozone machine (generator) for $260.00 Drosolutions . Com) and a portable steam tent for $60.00 on ebay. I do therapy at home daily. Make water too. There are many other forms of 03 therapy's as well.

Nice idea for a show but u can't say whether its worth the money because you cant speak for everyone as our health issues & therefore benefits are going yo be different. If youre already super healthy it won't ever be as worth it to you as it would to someone with a chronic disease who truly feels the benefit and needs healing or maybe needs this to avoid serious pain
