Am făcut doar jumătate de porție. Pâinea a cântărit aproape 800g.
A ieșit foarte bună. Exterior crocant și interiorul foarte moale și pufos!

No knead bread.
Ingredients:
500g flour
10g salt
10g sugar
7g dried yeast
350ml water
25ml oil
In a bowl, add the WARM water, the yeast and the sugar and mix. Then add the oil, the flour and the salt. Using a wooden spoon, mix for about 20-30 seconds. The dough doesn't have to be homogeneous. Cover the bowl with plastic foil and let rise for an hour.
After one hour, mix again for another 20-30seconds using the wooden spoon. Cover the bowl and let rise again for another half an hour.
Add flour on the table take out the dough from the bowl.
Flatten the dough using hands only.
Fold it in 3, on both directions.
Cover it with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, flatten the dough again, and fold it in 3 from left to right, then ROLL in the other direction, to get a cylinder shape.
Using a sharp knife, make some cuts on top. Cover it again and let it rise on the table for Another hour.
PREHEAT the oven at 240 °C. I have a fan heated oven.
I used a ceramic pot and aluminium foil as i didn t had a proper lid for it.
Place the pot in the over to heat it at the same temperature.
The dish needs to be super hot when you place the dough for baking.
When ready, YOU NEED TO BE VERY FAST! Open the oven, take out the dish and place the dough in it. Cover it quickly and put it for back at 230 °C for half an hour. After half an hour, remove the lid/foil and let it bake for another 15mins at 200 °C.
And that s it!
Let the bread cool down on a grill and slice it once cooled.
It is a very tasty bread, with crunchy outside and soft inside.
