Greetings Bahroz, first of all, thank you very much for this type of videos. Im currently in hiring process for P&G in Mexico, i just had my first interview with a senior manager and it went well, had a couple of hiccups but overall it went well, i generated rapport, some connection and felt a nice vibe with my interviewer. I feel excited and i really look forward to getting the positions and your videos have been of great help
@@bahrozWell even though i felt it went well im receiving an email telling me that my process wont be moving further and can apply to another position once 12 months have passes, so i wanna ask if this means i did something very wrong? since i cant apply to any other position until the next year

Do you think it'll be fine if I answer the first leadership question with my high school experience(I was the president of NEHS)? My first two years of college was fully remote due to covid and I'm a recent college graduate, so I don't have a lot of experiences to answer the questions with! :(

hey bahroz! I did the assessment but got an email that they already selected a different candidate that is better fit for the role. Does this mean I passed the assessment but my score is not good enough?
Hey Bahroz, Hiring process for experienced candidates looks a bit different. They first do the screening interview and then invite you for the online assessment test.
