Hi Bahroz, It sounds incredible that by following your suggestions and practicing over and over again, I finally passed the entire interview process! I can’t thank you enough for your time and generosity. Thanks!!!🎉
Hi Chang that’s such a great testimonial… so so happy for your success… Would love for you to stay connected… I am sure content I post would be of value for your career.. Happy to coach and mentor if you need any help in future.. Best of luck
Hi! I just wanted to come in here and thank you for all of your P&G videos! They’re amazing. I felt truly prepared! I got the job offer 🤗 so thank you very much again!!
Hi Bahroz, thank you so much for all your wonderful tips. I had a HR interview call with 3 behavioral and situational questions for Brand intern position nearly 2 weeks ago, I believe it went well. However, I haven't received any emails or call backs from her. Should I call the HR to ask for further information of my interviews or just wait? Sadly, I can not mail her or any HR because they do not enclose their emails
Hi Bahroz, i am one of your recent subscriber. I must mention that your videos really helped me a lot in preparing for P&G interview and online tests. Thanks a lot and i would like to interact with you about my P&G interview experience and would like your inputs in further improvements.
Hi Bahroz, thank you so much for all of your videos, they have been incredibly insightful and helpful for my prep! Especially, the assessment helped get through and the interview prep helped me calm down and answer in structure. I was asked the conflict question - on how I will resolve a conflict. I answered similar to your format, and was asked a follow up question - if the conflict doesn’t get resolved no matter your discussions, what do you do next. How would you answer this?
Great videos Bahroz. Very helpful. Just a question, can you answer the situational questions with an example from your past experience? If yes, should you use CAR method or just mention briefly?
Hi Bahroz, thanks for sharing, your video really helped me a lot I got an interview for the Coop program at P&G in Canada. I have now passed the first round of interviews which consisted mainly of behavioral and situational questions and received an invitation to the second round which is a Q&A session and have no bearing on the recruitment process. so I have two questions want to ask you, 1) how many rounds of interviews does an intern role usually require? 2)If there will be third round, which types of questions would usually be asked?
@@bahroz Sorry I misunderstood that email. This morning, I first received the Q&A invitation and I thought It was a second round interview🤣. Just a few minutes ago, I received the actual final interview invitation, so my first question seems be solved. The final interview email mentioned that it was mostly behavioral and technical questions(I was applying for IT Internship), do you have any advice to prepare for the final round especially the technical part?
@@irenie427 technical part would be mostly questions from your resume and trying to understand if you know key tasks… if in case you don’t know any task it’s perfectly fine… in that case you need to sell on your passion and ability to learn fast… I have a video where I addressed this… it’s titled first job interview… that may be of some help…
@@irenie427 Hello Irenie, I have passed to final interview stage at P&G as well for IT Internship in the final interview invite Itehy told me the similar things and they said it is 90 min. What type of questions did they ask? Was it similar to the first interview? what were the different questions? If you can answer it it would make me so happy. Thanks you
How is the best way to answer, "If you are given a task to analyze data with a tight deadline (not enough time), what would you do to ensure excellence result?" Thank you Sir^^
Hi thanks for reaching out.. I believe I did address this in part1 of situational questions or the video I have on p&g common interview questions so do check them out for the details… But in summary… - break the project in parts. - identify the critical parts. - prioritize each part. - get inputs from stakeholders on the prioritization. - align with the manager the rescoping and prioritization. - only execute the critical and prioritized parts. - seek for additional resources.
Hi Bahroz, I've got so much help from your last videos so I could pass my first interview round. If possible, can you able to create video or tips for final interview? Every video that you make is very helpful for those who are applying for P&G. Thank you for your great effort and huge influence on others.
Hi thanks for reaching out and congrats on moving forward… note all interviews including last one will have same format and similar questions so just double down on your prep…
@@bahroz Hi Bahroz, I'm also on my final interview and I was told that the set of questions would be similar to your first/second interview and the final interviewer will look for consistency in your answers. What are your tips for us to be able to say almost similar or the same answers we had from the first few interviews? Some might be prone to mixing up answers to different questions. TIA!
@@bahroz Hi Bahroz I know this may be too specific of a question since you have left P&G but I thought I would ask. In my first interview I was only tasked with behavioral questions. When I see you say it will be the same format should I be expecting that twice? I am trying to priortize how much behavioral and situtation questions to study and if I were to be asked all behavioral again I would use valuable memory for situational questions that could be put towards behavioral studying. As well as if I am expecting both and the interview is an hour they should not be able to ask me all five behavioral questions (based on my response time from the initial interview) and I could prioritze 3 instead of 5 behavioral questions. I guess the better way of asking would be are there always eventually situation questions asked in the interview process? Thank you for reading and hope your day went well, again I apologize if this is too specific.
@@jaydeepsingh3179 hi thanks for the questions… standard format is to ask 5 behavioural and 2 situational… now if you didn’t get asked any situational question that means the interviewer didn’t follow the format to dot… it surely can happen again but would be a bigger coincidence that both interviews missed to follow the format… Hope this answers your question
@bahrozI am applying for the position of IT Product Manager. My question is: Are the interview questions the same for all positions? Please let me know what I can expect from this position.
Hi Bahroz, thank you for sharing this. I already finished my 2nd interview but I am not confident with it. I was flooded of follow up questions and Im concerned if I will able to pass it. What happened if you think you passed the first interview but the 2nd interview was not that great?
Hi thanks for reaching out… we’ll follow up questions is not a bad sign… typically speaking you should have one more interview to go if you can manage to ace that you should be able to do away with any mistakes in prior interviews…
Hi Bahroz, thank you a lot for all these videos! I applied for an internship, however, I have not received an assessment link. It just says “Assessment in process”. Is there any reason why? Does everyone have to take the assessment test or are they first screening the application?
Hi thanks for reaching out there is a screening step however it’s pretty lite and 90% plus candidates get the link… check your spam and if nothing wait for 2/3 days and then apply with a different Id
Hi Bahroz, i got an interview for friday, but due to work i cannot make it, i have kindly asked to reschedule for monday will this hurt my chances? I am abit worried
Hi Bahroz, thank you for all your videos, I passed both online tests and now I have an interview soon. But as English is not my mother tongue, I'm not completely comfortable. Do you think this could penalise me?
