The fake lawyer he's talking about hacked the practicing lawyer database and uploaded his picture on the profile of an actual lawyer with the same name, so he's in hot water for more than just practicing without a license. Also, Josh is correct in that fake law practitioners can be a bit of an epidemic there. It's a decent hustle, apparently.

Just seeing your video. Alaska educator here. Basically our district told our bus drivers that they knew the buses were not winterized (no heating or tire chains) and were not certified to operate in Alaska. The drivers asked for safe buses and when they were told no went on strike.

Two or three years ago I waited on a table of American comedians in Ireland. One of the women was performing here at the Liberty Hall venue. When I said how interesting the venue was, she asked if i had a favourite comedian. When I replied Josh Johnson, she and the others squealled, flapped and babbled about him. They said he was their friend and one sent him a text, but their reactions were so unanimous and explosive it was hilarious. Josh Johnson has a priceless effect on people. He makes people laugh, he makes them care and he makes them smarter. He's like a precision engineer or surgeon or some shit like that. He should be the Daily Show host, Trevor Noah and was a great warm up for Josh Johnson.

You can actually see Josh's growth as a comedian the more he posts, with the confidence getting better and better thru the years, from the one where a blind man thought he was white 😂. Can't wait to support the specials

5:56 this tells me you don’t understand how unions work. Not trying to be mean spirited, but a lot of Americans don’t understand what unions do to help build the middle class. Unions are allied with one another. They do not have to be in the same industry to uphold the same causes. We have an inter-industrial agreement with one another to support each brother and sister, who are in the union to show solidarity. This means we do not cross picket lines when one industry is on strike, and the same goes for that industry if another union is on strike. This is has been a season of renewing collective, bargaining agreements, and it just so coincides with inflation so, the fight to make sure that union workers and American workers, as a collateral bystanders, are paid wages that can meet the cost of living and this fight right now has been harder, but they always are when collective bargaining agreements coincide with major inflation in the economy.

I've been following Josh for years and am so happy he also gets some news from my country Kenya🇰🇪 to compensate for my always being upto date with American news to enjoy his content. As someone said, the people at the Daily Show shouldn't look elsewhere, we have a perfect host here. N/B: Brian was in private practice. He was so good that he was friends with LSK leadership and they didn't know his background. His last post was him welcoming a newly appointed magistrate. 😂 I think he is the only lawyer in Kenya with a perfect Win record. He studied Criminology, and not law, therefore he probably forged a lot of documents including pupilage certificate. Other than that, a damn good lawyer.
