Things like switches/ ligtb bulbs and associated wiring get loose due to very bad pot holes on the streets. Just to avoid being scammed by auto shops, make sure to check switches wire connections. Carefully disconnect and reconnect them. Carefully because these are quite fragile. Once reconnected, power the vehicle and see if the d light still flashing.
I have noticed that my flashing D will show up when I go into pot holes but I thought I was trippin! Thanks for confirming this, now I know to check the wiring as well 👍
