I love how in sync Joker and Crow are, even if it seems chaotic at first. Akechi feels comfortable enough to use his Call of Chaos around Joker, something he doesn't do while in the party. Joker knows how dangerous Call of Chaos can be, especially since it drops your defense, so he goes in ahead of Akechi to open the opponent up so they can't fight back or defend themselves, then he flips out of Akechi's way and lets him go to work. Once it's done, Joker feels safe to land right behind Akechi, despite Akechi's psychotic-ness, and finish the opponent off, while Akechi recovers from his Call of Chaos and doesn't even bother to look behind, trusting that Joker would land the killing blow. Their synergy and the way they play so perfectly off of each other is the best out of all the showtimes, since they take the most risks and thus need a high level of trust to pull it off. One more thing that makes Joker and Akechi's relationship so perfect.
this is an awesome way to describe it! their bond is so strong that they didn't even need to talk about or rehearse their showtime like everyone else either. it was improvised and they were still in sync.
Sou Hiyori Yep. During the fight with Akechi, when he first sends the shadows after you, you can see it. He turns them psychotic, and they use Desperation, a byproduct of going psychotic, which drops their defense for a massive attack boost. It’s like a super version of Rage, only the enemy can still use skills under Call of Chaos’ influence.
@@fisheywashington1879 if i had a nickel for everytime i've seen this kind of comment i'd have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice
Also, the finisher lines (when Joker shoots) don't tie down to his lines when slashing the enemy. You may encounter any combinations of them. Meanwhile, Joker's...
Joker can also say "Go!" but unfortunately I didn't manage to get a footage of him saying that for this video. In the Japanese version, though, you can hear him say "行け!" (Go!)
I'm surprised that Akechi and Akira didn't have a conversation of there about there showtime like others normally do before they unlock their showtime it just happens automatically strange
That's because it's completely improvised. Unlike the others, these two understand each other on such a deep level that they don't need to talk about it.
@DeadMemes NeedToStayDead sumire is joker's canon romantic partner? lmao no she ain't. he doesn't have a canon romantic partner. but akechi definitely knows joker more than anyone else does
Zobo Zo As much as I love Yoshizawa, she’s definitely pushed as the “main girl” in P5R. I agree that there is no canon love interest, but Yoshizawa is gonna be the closest thing imo
You know what would've been AWEOSME? Manually activating Akechi's call on chaos on him when his hp/sp is low, to increase all his stats. Like Aigis's orgia mode.
Honestly, i love how clean yet visceral that flurry of slashes was in terms of sound. DO DO DO DO DO DO DO DOOT, followed up by those three CRASH CRASH BLAST coupled with the CRUNCH of the flurry setting in as he slashes through... such a great combination of jokers clean efficiency and crows violent brutality.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure when akechi's wailing on the shadow, He's so angry due to call of chaos that he's also clawing at them with his hand. Anybody else notice that?
1:25 I think that this line would be perfect after a shadow talk if it fails And 1:40 would be perfect at the final boss A bit sad that those lines only appear on bosses
I love in the background there's a big sign on a building that says two sides, same coin. Perfectly fitting with these two. :3 I also noticed one sign that says Prodigal Sons as well.
Thanks for all these videos! Is it possible to do one with all the alternate lines party members get when their Personas reach their Second and Third Awakenings? Like Ann's "Dance, Carmen" turning into "Dance, Hecate" and "Dance, Celestine"?
