if you're using track IR like I am, here's a tip on how to fix that nose in the way issue. Duck with your head or even slide down your chair and center the track IR vision like that, in that way when you sit up straight in your chair, your character's head/vision will be higher in the cockpit. I mostly do that in the banu defender, the p52 and the pisces.. P.S. I still say that the P52 and the P72 are the best fighters in the game rn :)
@@brockoala2994 Kinda. Bind "pause tracking"* to whatever you wanna use, sit up, pause. Then sit back down. This should still work i think, but can't confirm seen as i haven't played in a couple patches. *Don't know what the option was called exactly, you should find it under the tracking section. I just use the tracking on/off and recenter binds.

The target icon and direction is still viewable even though it's occluded by the hull. CIG needs to make the target icon much more visible when you can't visibly see the ship with your eyes, so's we can track it. They aren't going to be changing the ships hulls.
Always incredible how you control your ships! Was this Ptu? Is the invisible capacitator count a known bug? Also your target MFD did not work; but you targeted it, right?
I love the p72 but the armaments are just so weak. it take forever to kill even the lightest targets. Wasn't always that way though. I have fond memories of running claim jumpers in my P72 equipped with 4 NN13 Neutron cannons. ah those were the days.
Well, that is understandable as it only carries 4 S1 weapons. Can't really put larger weapons on it as then it would likely lose a lot of other things due to balance. So I'd rather have my speedy maneuverable Archimedes with 4 S1 gimbal guns than have one with S2 guns that would suddenly lose most of its maneuverability and speed because CIG would need to take other things away. Now there is the Fury with S2 guns and missiles but to be honest I'd rather fly the Archimedes compared to a Fury. 😉

Did you choose not to use the centre ballistic Gattling T19P Tigerstrike - the games over once that comes into play. Unless that's just the p52. Damn, they have removed it, its one of the reasons for the huge nose. it still in the p52
P52 has 2 x S1 laser repeaters, and a S2 ballistic gatling gun that *cannot* be swapped out - so it has finite ammo, but sure, a higher overall DPS. The P72 has 4 x S1 laser repeaters, and has better SCM and top speed by quite a substantial amount.
