Get the Theragun pro!! It's sooo much better than the mini, all the others except the pro were developed after theragun became a popular thing, really kinda just made for easier consuming, but the pro has stuck around in it's original therapy purpose.

The percussion guns are great. Hot Tip: You can get one for like $50 at Costco that probably meets most people's needs. My PT told me to get that one and it was great

And for Body Glide I was taught that for longer distances like 1/2 Marathon and higher, you should use it anywhere there’s a seam. Another version to try is Blue Steel Spirts cream though! It goes on like a lotion and isn’t greasy and uses Tea Tree Oil

I like packing cubes because sometimes I stay in quirky places that don't have a cabinet or anything. They keep your clothes from touching the furniture directly as well. Also, I've been looking for a travel yoga mat so this was very timely! Your packing videos are what made me subscribe to your channel, the first one I ever subscribed to, many years ago!

I was just going to ask you what shoes you ran in for this, as I am looking for new shoes in an all around although running capacity... I find it interesting that you choose a "trail shoe" - (REI) one of my favorite sites :)... Nice packing video, as with all of your past packing videos... Are you still wearing Brooks shoes as well in your runs??? What other manufacturers have you used or are considering (Hoka, Nike)??? **I still have my Mickey Mouse Pink Hat from my first trip to the newly built Disney World" way, way back when :)... How do you like using the Sony mirrorless camera???
