I mean yeah, now I wouldn't. But when I was 12 and my family went to Ireland I realized I wanted a swimsuit and got the best one I've ever owned. I used that suit until I was in college (and gained the freshman 15 🤦♀️😖). It was great!
I learned my lesson about bringing a swimsuit on a winter ski trip to Montana. Didn't think of bringing a swimsuit and the lodge had a wonderful steaming outdoor pool.
Hi Lori thank you for the video yes the blue dress is a great one to take away like you said it very versatile. Never do I ever take white clothing away like you I always spill something on them or when I'm eating always manage to drop something on them. Good advice Lori again. Take care.
spot on, travelling with my daughter for sports we used to have a lot of fire alarms go off in the middle of the night and if I'd had some slip on leggings and a warm sweatshirt that would have been perfect for standing outside the hotel at 3.00 am in the UK, - love that idea, also to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Dresses at our age I think are the most comfortable together with little flowy skirts but white jeans definitely a no-no. I spilt a whole flask of tea down white jeans and a white tank before even getting to the airport once. Great advice, really love your vlogs keep them coming xx
Lol. The white jeans!! I always take white jeans and the only time I had a problem was because of user error with the foundation filled airless pump dispensers that you’ve already given me the tips to fix next time.
Love your videos! I've not worn a dress since I was in high school (50 yrs ago--don't like 'em, never have) so those are out for me☺. I like the idea of a "leisure" outfit, but I'm pretty low maintenance and once dressed, I'm ready to go. However, whenever I travel to warm places, I ALWAYS take white pants. Guess I've just been lucky😂. Absolutely LOVE your suggestion of those airless pumps--HOW did I EVER travel without those??!!!???
I'm pretty sure I've been pretty high maintenance since birth 🤣 I'm so glad you like the airless pump bottles - they were a total game changer for me too!
The only time I bring white or cream color item on a trip when it a theme color for a event like a wedding, birthday, retirement party, etc. Otherwise, white and cream color item stays home when I travel.
That black dress requires a special bra, so that’s a big no for me for travel. Also, jeans of any colour are a big no: too heavy, hot in summer and cold in winter and take too long to dry if you get them wet or launder them.
Hi there 😊 I travel with a sticky bra for these types of dresses. You’re right, jeans do take a while to dry. Thanks so much for being here - I appreciate you 😁😁😁
