This Pacsafe Vibe 100 is referred to as a hip pack, fanny pack, waist pouch, waist pack or however we want to call this. The dimension of this pouch, as well as the biggest tablet this pouch can hold, are demonstrated in this video. There is also an RFID pocket for us to stow our wallet.
