This is arguably the best watch I've seen from them. I'm so glad they went with just the logo and got rid of the brand name. I've been suggesting that to them for a while (and I'm sure others have as well!). Looks great on you!

It would actually be a good advise for all brands that have a recognisable logo... omega: just the greek letter, rolex, just the crown, longines, just the wings... they're so desperate to put their entire name on it. It's not necessary.

Looks really nice for the money, and the dimensions are good. Case finishing looks excellent, and totally agre about the logo. To be fair mate, I have had exactly the same clasp on watches costing five times more. Thanks for the review mate. Just gave you a quick mention in my SOTC 3 vid

This is the first Chinese watch I have ever considered. The new logo with no type and the Seiko movement is what convinced me.

Very impressed by this. Excellent review. I really like the logo without Pagani underneath it. The red detail on the seconds hand looks very good, maybe a bit longer would be good but I'm nitpicking. The dial and numbers look great. Pity about the ghost date. An NH38 would be better and I'd have no problem paying a bit extra. The lume not being bad is a big improvement! The green one has a Seiko Alpinist look about it. Thanks Simon, excellent review.

I just got this in the version 2, because the short hands on this version was a deal-breaker for me. . I'm so happy that PD decided to make this homage, because I've always loved the Longines Spirit, but I think it's way overpriced. Also loved that they went with just the logo, and I hope they do that on every PD going forward. This watch is worth every penny and more!

Top review. If this had cathederal hands it would challenge royalty like oris. If I get one I'll be fitting some. Just sold the their speedy moon. Excellent quality only spoilt by crap lume and slight hand alignment

I sold their Speedy homage a while back and thought it was ok. Good suggestion on the hands but I think they wanted to keep it as close to the Longines as possible and length aside, they are pretty close. Thanks for watching Kevin 👍👍

Pretty impressive I must say. Never owned a Pagani. I’d consider this model. I agree with the comment about the handset-way too short. When I see a short handset I can’t help but think it’s assembled from a parts bin! If they remedy the hands, I think the watch will be a hit. Good vid as always! 👍🏻

Have to agree with everything you've said, if they go ahead and change the hand length in V 2 then I will most definitely pick up the green dial....not a deal breaker but a non GD position movement would be a bonus....this one is such a cracking design they've picked to homage....I do hope they reduce the text on there other pieces....🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⌚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⌚

I don’t know if you saw my community post but they have said that you can buy the current version, add a note stating you want the V2 (which is coming out this week) and they will send you one. Love the fact they put just to logo but it seems little high, maybe an applied metal logo like the San Martins, or maybe embossed on the dial.

If they used good lume (they usualy miss the mark with that) and make the hands look like the pictures (larger) and add 20-30 bucks to the price, it would be a good proposition but the way it is now.. A bit hard to love it. Great review!

A lot of people will not buy them if they increase too much their prices. For example i wouldn't. Pagani is known for their affordable prices and the quality per money you get.

@@falcorf5242 I get that, but they have a price point competitor in Steeldive imho, and their lume is great and also the hand size. Steeldive make an OP homage similar to Pagani, for the same money almost but with better quality. So why buy Pagani if they cant step up their game? All they need is a better lume and some logic in some areas and that's it. I not expecting SM quality, just a bit more oomph

Pagani are also coming with a Rolex Air King homage (the 2022 version) that I am sure will trump this one. Minute and second hands are a bit short (hour hand is the same as on the Longines), but just the logo, no date and no more PT-Time are a step in the right direction.

I just love the V2 but NH35 in a no date watch is a NO GO for me... V3 with NH38 and I click the button... I agree with a previous comment : best Pagani today is not that one but the BB hommage... same level of finishing with appropriate movement.

Their best watch? Sorry Simon absolutely disagree, the hands are way too puny. The second hand in particular looks like it doesn't belong to this watch. This kills the watch for me, I'm afraid. For me the Blackbay Chrono homage is their best work. This might change depending on the version 2.
