Pageant Sponsorship Idea 

Hi, I recently won my first pageant title at 49 years old! I never dreamed that I would ever be a queen. I have enjoyed a year of community service, judging, volunteering, etc. However, when I was first told by my pageant director that I would have to make "guest appearances" to promote my pageant system, I did not know what she meant at all. She gave us some ideas of how to go about it and encouraged us along. The more I did it, the more I felt at ease with initiating collaborations with other organizations, speaking in public, attending functions, volunteering, judging, etc. Recently I took a course with a wonderful person named, Ms. Peggy Newfield, of the American School of Protocol in Atlanta! The course was on business etiquette, but what she taught me there could be applied to pageantry as well. I learned through my pageant system that there is a business side to being a pageant queen. Applying some of Ms. Newfield's concepts has brought me a long way. I wish a course could be developed by her in conjunction with Pageant Planet for pageant queens and even people contemplating this field...........Is it possible for Pageant Planet to interview Ms. Newfield for tips for queens and soon to be queens?
