Is paid traffic a necessary when advertising your online products & services? Well that depends on what you already have in place. For those that have an established RU-vid channel with plenty of subscribers related to your offer, this community can be monetized and cultivated to produce sales. It is imperative to match the audience to the commodity.
An easy way to figure out if you need to buy paid traffic is first tally up your total reach. Grab pen & paper and add up all your contacts. Email list, social media accounts and warm market prospects who are actually interested in your service. For me personally I never count family or friends as leads. In fact, I never discuss my offers with them. Say you have a total of 2,000 contacts combined. If you can convert 1% of this audience that would be 20 sales.

The first factor is the quality of the traffic source. I only buy Tier 1 traffic. This might cost an extra 10 cents per click but it is worth every penny. Tier 1 traffic is from the Top 5 English speaking countries. US, Canada, UK, New Zealand and Australia. The second factor in paid traffic success is your landing page design. Landing page design is a science. I have spent thousands of hours testing everything from ad copy, to colors, to fonts styles and dozens of minute details. Designing a landing page that actually gets options can be frustrating. If you’re brand new to online marketing be sure to reach out to a mentor and use a page that he or she is already having success with. This will ensure a greater chance at having a winning campaign.
