Wow. Susan you have done it again. After I did the singing with prayer hands all my fingers on my left hand had become longer only by about 2mm but noticable. After I preformed the whole body singing I felt so warm and light and a sense of wellness. I'm going to start using singing every day as part of my life routine. Thank you so much Susan.
I am so happy this video helped you to "song" and feel Qi throughout your whole body. Excellent! And I like "singing"....when we have enough Qi running thru our body, our body does "sing!" 👍😃 Thank you for sharing your positive experience.
Good Stuff ! A real remedy for a real situation of real pain by a Real Deal practitioner of Energy Art ! Thank U Sifu Susan - ps Tai Chi Tom has the Hand now to help ! Loved The Bonus Section
I have been taught this before. However you’re an outstanding teacher, and have given a deeper understanding of how to do it. With a bonus of taking to a whole body technique! I got the same results as you both hands were balanced. I am retired lining on social security, so the best way I can express my appreciation to you is by teaching it forward and encouraging others to join your class. Thank You !
Thank you! That is a great way of expressing your appreciation! Please do share my videos and channel with folks. Thanks for the positive comments and for watching and spreading the word about my work.
That's great. I tried it for my neck and toes too and there was an improvement. And for my wrists, elbows, shoulder joints, knees... I focussed on the joints on the in breath and released on the out breath. Vey helpful:)
Thank you! I really like how you expanded it to other body parts. You can use this technique to "song" the entire body! Thank you for sharing your success.
So appreciated to find you! I had a bone from the thumb coming out of its place and it is very painful, makes the thumb stiffed and if touch it is an excruciating pain, been trying to put the bone back and seems am halfway (just with mind, thoughts) but I knew there is something more to do and today I found you! This practice took the pain and one (other finger) minor pain is gone. Will keep working on this finger which has taking my strength to work in our garden. So THANKFUL to you!!!
HI Liz! Thank you so much for your wonderful report and positive feedback. I am very happy my video has helped you! Isn't it amazing?! I find it incredibly joyful to share this knowledge as it is simple to acquire and effective. Instead of focusing on the finger that is hurting, try doing the whole hand, all the joints in the hand. One joint will help the other. Good luck and thanks for leaving a comment. Happy Gardening!
HI Susan, I have just done the qi gone practice with u by following ur RU-vid.I I feel really great , the pain on my right shoulder at the corner with my neck seems dissappear at this moment. Also the pain around the right side of my ming men reduced quite a bit ,I say 90 percent at this moment...really thank you. By the way ,I am yours Taichi fans from hk
Thank you so much for your comment and sharing your experience of pain reduction after doing my video. Keep doing it! Just a few minutes a day will help. Also I always enjoy learning where my tai chi fans are, so thank you for sharing your location too! Feel free to ask questions along the way.
Hi there again, I’ve been feeling the qi when practicing my tai chi it’s been really powerful in fact and in class also. I just followed your hands and body demo and wow it was amazing and my short middle finger passed the other in length probably a mm. Thanks for the lesson! Jon
Thank you Susan. I found your exercise when searching how to relieve the extreme pain in my right hand knuckle from an old injury. I'm going to do this frequently with your calm and Qi filled influence! It was a miracle! I wonder if I can play the piano now.
I am so glad this helped you! Thank you for letting me know you found the video helpful and that your pain decreased. Amazing, isn't it? Now as to whether you can play piano now....could you play the piano before? (there is a joke in there.....the doctor said to the patient after taking the patient's hand cast off, "You are good as new." The patient said, "Great, does this mean I can play the piano now?" And the doctor said, "Of course!" The patient said, "Wow! You really are a good doctor! I couldn't play the piano before I broke my hand." ba dum bump. LOL. Enjoy songing your joints. You can apply the technique to any joint. Qi-fully, Susan
@@lorrainedaugherty3451 Thank you for taking my comment in the light of humor it was intended. Did you know I play piano too? I have a few videos somewhere on my RU-vid channel. If you return to playing the piano, do it in short spurts, then do the Qigong exercise afterward. Build up gradually. If possible use a light action keyed piano. Maybe even start out with a digital piano if you can. I am sure you miss it, so I hope you can get back to it!
If your middle finger was shorter and was then indistinguishable in length, then you had success. If your index finger became longer that is success too! Now just apply this throughout your body, the creating of space between your joints through imagining and envisioning. Your joints will thank you!
Be patient. If you try to hold onto it or pursue it to much, it becomes evasive. Just song the joints and it will have a lasting effect the more you practice it.
Hello everyone. Where I live it is now 9pm and I am getting ready to start my evening routine of pain relief though Qigong and using what Susan showed us yesterday the practice of song. I slept very well last night so I am giving it a go again tonight. I shall let you all know how my nights sleep as gone. Thank you Susan for all your Tai Chi and Qigong videos. I look forward to your next video. A fan from across the waters. 🤗😊👍
@@JulieRees-cd6um Thank you, Julie! I am so happy to hear that it works for you. I am going to guess you will sleep well tonight too! My right hand began hurting today after hours on the computer, manipulating the mouse. So I did "song" my hand..and poof....pain gone. 🙂. Thank you for posting and watching!
Good evening Susan and friends. It has been 7 days since I have been practicing pain relief using the song therapy. I practice every evening around 9pm going to bed at about 11pm and I have been having lovely nights sleep. I am also use song for a long back problem and it is having an effect slowly but surely. I'm telling all my family and friends about song and hopefully I'll get them to becomes songers ( new word 🤭) sorry! It's coming on to 9pm here where I live so I shall say goodnight to you all and sign off. Goodnight all ( Nos Da pob )
@@JulieRees-cd6um Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on your progress and for keeping us posted. I like the new word "songers!" Your success with this and the fact that I have given you relief (when I have not even met you) helps to keep me motivated to keep posting videos. Thank you for your testimonial and taking the time to post it for others to see. Please share my video too, as every bit helps. My goal is to show up and help folks 24/7. That can only happen when people find me and my videos! Songing the spine for the back is a little different process. I guess I should do a video on that too. Main thing is to imagine your spine as a slinky. You want to song it by releasing the tailbone down and letting it hang by the top of your head (metaphorically) like holding the top of a slinky and letting it drop down, seeing each slat of the slinky open up. Keep singing my friend! 🙂
I do think it was because you held both hands up. Holding both hands loads the spine and back a bit more and moves the mind away from the joints. Maybe try again in a few days with just the one hand. Make sure you are comfortable and not holding your hand up too high. Thanks for watching!
